Had my gas hot air furnace and tankless water heater serviced. The person sent was not prepared. Needed a clean 5 gallon pail to flush tankless water heater, which I provided. Did not have anything to measure out the two gallons of water to mix with cleaner. Just dumped cleaner in water and did not stir as directed.…

The entire team at Pete the Plumber are highly professional. They were able to quickly install a new water heater and get us back to normal. The install team was respectful of our home taking the time to place runners to avoid tracking dirt throughout the basement and when they left the area they worked in was clean and took all garbage with them. Great job!

Excellent company to work with - we've been working with Pete for about 3 years now, we found him through recommendations by several people. Pete recently replaced our oil burner and boiler, added acid and iron reduction systems, replaced the water heater too - he and his crew arrived on schedule, worked very diligently and professionally, and worked as a team with O'Neill Electric, as new wiring was needed. During the planning stage, Pete offered options between boilers, explained the differences between units, and did not try to hard sell us on anything - he talks to you, not down to you like so many contractors do. His crew, Darren and Cam were also friendly and hard working. About 6 months ago I came home from work one evening and my kitchen was wet - water was coming through the ceiling thanks to a rotted valve in an upstairs bathroom. They were there within 30 minutes, and probably saved us from a great deal of damage. So, Pete is great for emergencies, great for routine work, and for the major renovations. He's a hardworking professional - you won't be disappointed working with Pete the Plumber.
