Awesome place. Awesome people.
Everyone there is so nice and helpful! Always willing to put in extra care and effort to make sure you and your pet are comfortable! I’ve moved farther away and have closer places to home but can’t imagine going anywhere else, they love my cat like their own
Great experience! Very informative and upfront about treatment and pricing! Did great with my deaf dog and managed his fear of other dogs well!
Great place kind people
I have had only awesome experiences at the Raleigh Petfolk! The Vets & Vet Techs have been so helpful with my new puppy. We been for to 3 visits, so far so good!😊
Always take such good care of my pup .
While the visit was a bit long, the care Gracie received was excellent. I appreciated the conversation about what might be going on as well as a plan to help her feel better. They were also very transparent about price which I really appreciated.
Great doctor great care from team. Doctor is very understanding and explains everything to a T recommend this place highly.
Dr sawyer did a great job easing my fears about Zoey! She is a very calming and caring vet and just called with follow up! We value her with our dogs!
The pups look forward to their visits with Petfolk and I enjoy the reasonable fees.
North hills location by far the best one in the triangle. They take the time to explain and address concerns and show empathy.
Thank you Dr Jen and Ty!
This the staff treated Frankie amazingly. They answered one of our questions. We did not feel like we were annoying them when we kept coming back to check on her. Highly recommend going here. The price was amazing after we just spent 1700 four days ago at another place and they did not do everything correct correctly
Staff is very caring and provided cooper with great care
Our vet was wonderful and the techs as well. We have always been pleased with the care from the entire team.
I’ve been bringing my vizsla mix here for over two years after a dog park incident that required urgent care— Ollie has been seen by both Dr Sawyer & Dr Morris several times and has always been given extra consideration for his needs and fantastic care! When we adopted a new pup earlier this week, with some health…
I’m giving 5 stars even though there was a little hiccup during my 1st visit with my 2nd dog. Not everything was explained to me during that visit. It was also a very overwhelming visit, where there were 2 drs in the room for my dog, which i found strange. However, Matthew and I played phone tag a few days…
Dr. Richardson has twice put my dogs at ease! As parents of two large dogs, Dr. Richardson wanted to first calm their anxieties prior to examining them. Our vet tech (today was her first day) and the manager were fantastic as well.
Amazing vet! They truly care, are attentive, and accommodating. Great people that work here. Thank you Dr. Sawyer and Matthew!
Bruce’s (120 lb Cane Corso mix) annual check up couldn’t have gone better! All of his issues were addressed and he was very well taken care of while in the hands of the staff here at Petfolk. I’ve been bringing him to this location for a couple of years now, and the Vets here know how to handle him without muzzling or restraining.
Friendly and reassuring vets and technicians.
Staff was extremely friendly and kind! 😍
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I appreciate them taking the time to allow my dog to adapt to the situation. He is often uncomfortable around new people, not aggressive, just cautious. They were very sweet and gentle with him, especially when giving him his vaccines and drawing his blood. I highly recommend them.
Great service, really nice people who care about pets.
The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home, offered excellent assistance with our issues and offered very useful advice for my pup. Exceptional service!
I personally did not have a stellar experience here. The facility itself is nice, but I was concerned about cleanliness between appointments. On two separate visits over the last ~6 months, exam rooms appeared to be turned over very quickly and did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned or disinfected before the next…
Today was my first impression in this vet urgent care and I really loved it. Every single one of the staff members were so welcoming and friendly with my last minute walk in situation. I was there about 15 mins before closing really hoping they could see my Beagle and they did without hesitation. The doctor even…
Edit: After reading this review, Dr. Sawyer and her manager took it upon themselves to lock me out of my account of 2+ years that had historical and current vaccine/vet records for my two dogs. When asked about this, Dr. Sawyer said it was because I mentioned I wouldn’t be renewing my membership… to treat a customer…
Needed a last minute appointment for my dog having uti symptoms and they were great!
Excellent care, excellent customer service. Worry free service. Very personable. Demi was never out of my sight. Kept in room the whole time for service. Thank you!!!
Dr Krasteva and Emily were great. Tammy was well cared for by Petfolk.
Wow. Truly so thankful for Petfolk and their lovely staff. Dr. Moore, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Tomas, Dr. Sawyer, and Matthew you all have been so incredibly kind and informative. I adopted her back in October and we have had quite a few visits with Petfolk! Sometimes I think she just wants to see them (I wish sadly haha).…
We had to Bailey in for an eye issue and the doctor and nurse were sweet with her and got us through the appointment with ease. They’re always super helpful and calm. Thank you.
My dog Ghost has had quite a few medical issues lately and I could not be more thankful for Dr. Moore and the Petfolk team for always taking such incredible care of him!
My dog is typically scared of new people, and she is quite large, so it can be intimidating for certain vet members. We saw two new staff today & both approached with a confident demeanor & treats in hand while giving commands. My dog followed & we were able to have a smooth vet visit, which is very uncommon. Would…
Easy to schedule, prompt service, professional staff
Very attentive and gentle with our almost 7 year old dog, treating him for a sinus infection. Easy to schedule an appointment, and no long wait to see the doctor. We’re very pleased with how our visits went.
Amazing facility, feels like family. They care about my puppy the way I do. Completely transparent no hidden agendas. We love it there
We had such a great experience here! Tito had a seizure late at night and we were able to book an appointment for the next day. He is nervous with new people and Dr. Sawyer took the time to make him feel safe and explained everything to us in detail. It felt like she genuinely cared and the visit never felt rushed.…
