Google reviewers rate Petropolis Pet Grooming Salon 4.7 out of 5 based on 109 reviews, with the owner not replying to any. Customers frequently praise the staff's friendliness, punctuality, and fair pricing for services like nail trims, ear cleaning, and full grooms. Recurring themes highlight the gentle handling of anxious pets and the effectiveness of Monday drop-in nail clinics. However, several low-star reviews criticize specific grooming outcomes, noting that cuts did not match requested lengths, resulting in unsatisfactory results or additional veterinary costs.

Petropolis does a great job at trimming my dog's nails. He is not a fan of having this done, but they do a great job keeping him comfortable and getting the trimming done quickly. Their prices are very fair as well!
They took my 17 week old cockapoo puppy and trimmed, filed and shaved her paw pads all for $20. I will definitely be going back!
Leah has done an amazing job for years grooming my 2 poms and havapoo . I would 100% recommend her. She will become a part of your pets life!!!!
Amazing experience. The best grooming my Great Pyrenees has ever had! No more mats and so fluffy.
Both of my pups love their groomer, Michelle. One of my guys did not like getting groomed prior to our groomer switch. Michelle sings to him. They get so excited to see her. Nine and 10yrs old, my request is always puppy cuts, and my boys are happy.

Seeing him happy, clean, and feeling better after such a stressful experience meant the world to our family. We will be a forever client. Thank you for going above and beyond and helping our boy get back to feeling like himself again. We are forever grateful and highly recommend your services!❤️.
