Convenient & easy-to-use appt scheduling. We needed updated vaccinations last minute and we were able to schedule an appointment online, the night before.

I said I was first in line and a man covered in tattoos said he was here for his 3:30 appt and the tech proceeded to help him first. Once she talks to me I remind her I was here before the guy and why she allowed him to cut me. She said “he walked up and I wasn’t going to fight him on it.” Vet tech was too passive and allows anyone to make up their own rules around here. Very unfortunate. PetSMART >>> petco

10 stars if I could! I had such a pleasant experience with Dr. Benedek. She is a true animal lover who clearly does this work out of genuine passion. When she first met my dog, Fudge, she actually got down on the floor to examine him, checking his paws, ears, and eyes where he felt most comfortable.
She explains every diagnosis in detail and provides a clear wellness plan (and via email). I especially appreciate that she never "oversells"; she always gives 2–3 different treatment options. Her staff, Leiti and Ivana, are equally impressive—knowledgeable, experienced, and well-trained.
