The service guys were excellent and worked fast but truthfully I was a little disappointed that they were unable to do anything at all to eliminate pet odors which was the whole reason I was having this done. They sad that because the rugs were natural fibers (wool) there was nothing that they could do. It was a lot of money to solve very little.
When I first called, they were very upfront about the fact that they might not be able to get some old pet stains out of my wool rug, which I appreciated. Their pricing and estimated time to get the rug done were the nearly same as the other company I called, but Phoenix cleaning also offered to pick the rug up and…
Had 5 area rugs cleaned. Quick service, in home, convenient!
I didn't get a chance to meet the techs...rather I left a code and they came in and got to work. When I returned home I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my upholstery and carpet looked. My couch cushions looked brand new. Another nice detail is that they locked up for me...without me even asking. There is a…
Always friendly, efficient and do a great job. Will remain a repeat customer.
Great service. Nice people. Easy to do business with.
Great communication. Pick up and delivery were on time. Will definitely use again.
They did a great job and were on time!
I waited the quoted 6 weeks, and when I got my 10 ft x 13 ft extremely heavy, 30 year old rug back...it was like walking on the thickest, softest carpet ever. It was extremely dirty when they got it, and hadn't been cleaned in at least 15 years. So stoked, they did a great job.
My rug looks brand new! Very pleased with the service I received. Phoenix was punctual, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend!
Outstanding support and problem solving! I’d give them 10 gold stars if I could. They cleaned a huge stain in a wool oriental rug I thought sure would never come out. But it looks great and they helped me put the furniture back in place and trimmed the new pad where needed. Highly recommended!
I have been a customer of Phoenix for years. They do quality work for reasonable prices and I even trust them with my oriental carpets. Very easy to work with and helpful! Highly recommend.
Josh was punctual, courteous and professional.

We have used Phoenix Carpet Cleaners for over 25 years. They have tackled everything from raccoon pee in our minivan to dog diarrhea. Every time, they come on time and with a can do spirit! We appreciate your tenacity in tackling this veterinarian’s family of crazy messes. Thank you for always being kind and…
Amazing job on the carpets, shower tile, and upholstery. This is my third time using Phoenix and will absolutely do it again. They were able to get out really challenging stains on dining chairs and our rugs during their first visit. Second time I had them clean outdoor cushions, two other rugs, a chair, and our…
My 30 yr old wool area rugs look like new. Steam cleaning could not get them clean. Phoenix hand washed them and they turned out beautifully. Thanks!
Excellent service. I have used Phoenix cleaning for several years. Friendly professional, and high-quality.
Had a spill on a specialty area rug and Phoenix Cleaning Solutions took excellent care of it! Easy appointment request, courteous scheduling call, prompt and professional crew, and worked efficiently.

Extremely satisfied with my service. We had a sectional couch and 3 rugs cleaned. All look like new after their cleaning. I strongly recommend Phoenix Cleaning Solutions.
The delivery person helped put the rugs back . They were definitely cleaned and looked great.
I highly recommend Phoenix Cleaning Solutions for carpet & area rug cleaning. Nate is an extremely professional & personable service technician and the company's pricing is very reasonable.
Jason was prompt, personable, polite and knowledgeable. He explained the process and answered all my questions. I had several area rugs, the stairs and 2 couches cleaned. He did a phenomenal job and cleaned all sides of the couches, cushions and pillows. I was able to focus on the things I needed to do, as he…
Courteous, professional, friendly and knew what they were doing and performed carefully and efficiently... Completely satisfied... Start to finish!!
Easy scheduling, competitive pricing, courteous team members in office and technicians, job well done, excellent value!
Super nice, very prompt and professional and my carpet and rug look great!
Staff was friendly and courteous and on time as scheduled. Cleaned one bedroom and stairs. Only one thing I wondered about was whether they moved the chairs, night stands, and dresser in the bedroom and cleaned the carpet under them. Thought perhaps more furniture moving should have been done for a more thorough job.
Phoenix Cleaning Solutions was the best service I have used. I will certainly use them again in the future. Josh and Scott were fantastic, and removed the heavily deep soiled stains in my carpet. I am extremely pleased with the results, and recommend using them.
Did an exceptional job cleaning a rug badly stained by the dog. I was prepared for the rug to be a loss - I was veryt impressed and pleased.
Workers got to my house at the communicated time. They were friendly yet professional and set to work right away. I was happy with the cleaning job and the price.
Always do great work!
They cleaned our upstairs carpets in 3 bedrooms and our loft, 2 rugs and our couch. Everything came out excellent and our technician was very friendly. We will be using Phoenix again for all of our cleaning needs!
I had an antique oriental rug that was a family heirloom. It got stained by thawed meat water from a malfunctioning freezer near by. Phoenix sent people to pick it up right away. They were responsive and knowledgeable to address all my concerns. The price was reasonable too. The rug came back clean and beautiful.
Very professional, they took extra care (and cleaning) of my off white sodas. I had on oriental cleaned and it turned out great - I will trust them with my others.
I was referred to Phoenix by a local rug company after calling around trying to find someone to clean some vintage rugs. From start to finish the entire process was easy. The folks who picked up and delivered the rugs were friendly, professional, and efficient. Pricing, communication, and time expectations were all…
They were professional, easy to communicate with, gave a fair quote and did a great job.
Excellent service. Good advice regarding my Oriental rug. Would definitely use them again.
Great job, as always. I won't call anyone else! Their teams always do a great job, are always polite and always helpful. Highly recommend them. Having been using them for years!
This is my first time having my rugs cleaned professionally. I couldn't be happier with the result the rugs look brand new. The men who did the work were warm and professional and super knowledgeable. They helped me move my rug to a better position over the rug pad taking extra time 10 out of 10 experience thank you, Phoenix.!!!!
Did a great job and the delivery and pickup service was excellent!
Pickup, cleaning, delivery and customer service were all wonderful. Sent another rug to be cleaned!
Great service!
I was very nervous about getting my hand-knitted oriental rug (from Pakistan) washed after 40 years. It was a gift from my parents for my wedding, so it had special meaning. We had it in a room with not much traffic but the off-white background looked kind of beige now and the colors of the motif had also darkened…
Phoenix was very quick to respond to any questions. They were also able to accommodate our timeline. The rug turned out great as they were able to remove all pet stains. Looks brand new
Nice people and rug looks fantastic. It took a little longer than I was expecting, though. I think that it was because we are having so much rain ( drying time). I loved that I got to use the coupon on their website! 😊
I have been using Phoenix for years. They are excellent! I highly recommend them!
