Amazing job on the carpets, shower tile, and upholstery. This is my third time using Phoenix and will absolutely do it again. They were able to get out really challenging stains on dining chairs and our rugs during their first visit. Second time I had them clean outdoor cushions, two other rugs, a chair, and our…

I have used Phoenix to clean the carpets after move out, before move in, after a bathroom renovation. They have done excellent work all around. They explain everything they did and the types of stains they found. Explaining stain vs discoloration. After my renovation, there was mysterious orange staining on the…
My old carpet was disgusting with a few stains I considered to be permanent. But to my surprise and great pleasure, Jason worked a miracle. The carpet hasn’t looked this nice in years. If there were 10 stars to rate Phoenix, I’d give them all ten. I highly recommend Phoenix for carpet cleaning. I feel sure their other services are just good. Gin Reed
They cleaned our upstairs carpets in 3 bedrooms and our loft, 2 rugs and our couch. Everything came out excellent and our technician was very friendly. We will be using Phoenix again for all of our cleaning needs!
My carpets were cleaned in an efficient manner as well as timely fashion. The workers were polite and arrived on time.
I’ve used Phoenix cleaning solutions for quite a while now and they do quality work. The technicians are friendly, and I like the idea that it’s a family run business and not a franchise. The main thing that’s important to me is quality work and that’s what I’ve gotten for the last 10 years or so. I highly recommend their services!
Very professional, they took extra care (and cleaning) of my off white sodas. I had on oriental cleaned and it turned out great - I will trust them with my others.
Excellent Service. My technicians were friendly and professional. Will call again for my carpet cleaning needs.
The appointment was made quickly, and once again, pet odors are wiped clean! I love Phoenix!
Carpet was cleaned quickly. Overall a good job. Some areas at edge of carpet still a little dirty, but maybe that's the cleanest it can get.
