Highly recommend! Communication was excellent, price was very fair, the carpets look great, Jason was very polite and arrived within the one hour window I was given.
Always a great experience with Phoenix Cleaning Solutions!! Friendly, professional and they do a fabulous job. My go to for sure!
When I first called, they were very upfront about the fact that they might not be able to get some old pet stains out of my wool rug, which I appreciated. Their pricing and estimated time to get the rug done were the nearly same as the other company I called, but Phoenix cleaning also offered to pick the rug up and…

Amazing job on the carpets, shower tile, and upholstery. This is my third time using Phoenix and will absolutely do it again. They were able to get out really challenging stains on dining chairs and our rugs during their first visit. Second time I had them clean outdoor cushions, two other rugs, a chair, and our…

Josh came and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He cleaned our large living room area and 3 bedrooms. Great Job!!
GREAT timeliness and service. I have multiple animals and getting a carpet clean every day 1-2 years is essential. Everyone is professional and arrived 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled time to set up. My only complaint this time around: you can clearly see where they stopped under the couch (2nd photo) despite…

The carpet looks great! I would use this company again.
Did an exceptional job cleaning a rug badly stained by the dog. I was prepared for the rug to be a loss - I was veryt impressed and pleased.
My old carpet was disgusting with a few stains I considered to be permanent. But to my surprise and great pleasure, Jason worked a miracle. The carpet hasn’t looked this nice in years. If there were 10 stars to rate Phoenix, I’d give them all ten. I highly recommend Phoenix for carpet cleaning. I feel sure their other services are just good. Gin Reed

We had a townhouse with carpet on the second floor. We have a dog, so if you could imagine how much shedding was on the carpet that’ll tell you about how hard at times it was to clean! Our cleaner did an amazing job and even took out all the stains our dog left behind. He was quick and friendly throughout the whole process! Highly recommend Phoenix!
