They (Josh and Thomas) did a great job—very quick and very thorough. They are nice guys and easy to work with
These young men were courteous and extremely efficient. They promised to come back if there were any issues. I did have one spot and they came back and took care of it. These folks are true to their word and do great work.!
Always a great experience with Phoenix Cleaning Solutions!! Friendly, professional and they do a fabulous job. My go to for sure!
The service guys were excellent and worked fast but truthfully I was a little disappointed that they were unable to do anything at all to eliminate pet odors which was the whole reason I was having this done. They sad that because the rugs were natural fibers (wool) there was nothing that they could do. It was a lot of money to solve very little.
Arrived on time, extremely professional and did a great job of cleaning our chairs. Will definitely use their services in the future.
I have used Phoenix Cleaning Solutions multiple times over the years. The most recent service was for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning for a couch, loveseat, and large chair. They have always had exceptional service and are always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!
Both of the men were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.
Quick service, great price, friendly tech
I have been using them for almost 20 years. They are so professional, on-time and do the best job! I would never use anyone else. Small business is where you receive the kind of wonderful, personal service you get from Phoenix!!!
Great service. Professional, on time, and no fuss.
Amazing, professional service. We had Nate come for the second time and he is always so kind and professional!! Great results too!
I didn't get a chance to meet the techs...rather I left a code and they came in and got to work. When I returned home I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my upholstery and carpet looked. My couch cushions looked brand new. Another nice detail is that they locked up for me...without me even asking. There is a…
Another great experience with Phoenix! Easy to schedule an appointment, technicians arrived on time and were friendly and courteous. Professional service at a reasonable price. Thank you so much Morgan, Jason and Thomas!
I found them on Nextdoor. They answered on the first call, was very helpful, and scheduled me relatively quickly. Very easy to work with. As for the cleaning, my two rocking chairs look brand new! They had grease and stains but now look great. The technician, Jason was really nice and made it a good experience. Before and after photos added.
Josh was punctual, courteous and professional.
John and Paul were so professional and did an exceptional job!!! We always get the best service from Phoenix!

We returned to NC about two weeks ago from Florida( a winter stay). Wow, it was a hard winter here, everything was a huge dust ball. So I gave Phoenix Cleaning Soulution a call. John was very professional, friendly, and competitive. I have used Phoenix Cleaning for several jobs over the years and they always do a good job.
Amazing job on the carpets, shower tile, and upholstery. This is my third time using Phoenix and will absolutely do it again. They were able to get out really challenging stains on dining chairs and our rugs during their first visit. Second time I had them clean outdoor cushions, two other rugs, a chair, and our…

Great experience with this company! They arrived on time and cleaned a carpeted guest suite, along with making two white couches look like new again. Very pleased and highly recommend this company.
Workers were friendly, professional, and did a great & thorough job deodorizing a sectional!
I found Phoenix Cleaning Solutions on the BBB website with an A+ rating. They came out in a few days, and the day of the cleaning, kept me informed of their arrival time. They went straight to work and were very courteous. The carpet looks great, and the couch looks brand new. Will definitely use them again.
I was very pleased with the service provided by Phoenix from start to finish. It was friendly and professional. I do recommend their business.
Carpets and upholstery looks great! They got me in with short notice and were very quick. We've used them a few times now and they are always great.

Jason was prompt, personable, polite and knowledgeable. He explained the process and answered all my questions. I had several area rugs, the stairs and 2 couches cleaned. Bill did an amazing job. The cleaning was even. Last time it was blotchy So far I’m pleased. He got the stains out of the carpet that were left. He took all the cushions back to the shop to clean them and will bring them back when they are done. Hopefully he will be able to do as good of a job as he did on the…
