Tyler was great and so nice. I was nervous about spraying because we have dogs, but he explained everything and I feel comfortable now. He was great with our dogs too!!
Robert went above and beyond. He removed cobwebs from the entire house including the second floor.
Kipper was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
Frank was great. We discussed what I wanted (perimeter) and didn’t want (granular bait). He finished up and left me with a few baird for the inside. Pinpoint has worked great for ants this summer.
Thorough and conscientoius service !
We hired Pinpoint for rodent extermination and the technician was very good and resolved the problem. The service was costly (over $2k) but we are happy that all holes are sealed and rodents are no longer in the walls of our home. However; we are not sure about this company's ability to control backyard pests and…
Extremely polite & knowledgeable! Appreciate his time.
Pinpoint Pest Control (Braeden) was at our home to provide pest control services and was so friendly and professional. He hit all the corners and hidden areas to make sure we would be covered, and no little critters would be visiting us.

Michael of Pin Point pest control is very nice, took time to explain the process, cleared cob webs from exterior of house, and sprayed exterior for ants and spiders. Within 12 hours, no signs of any ants in the house! I have used Pin Point in previous years. Very satisfied. Will use again if needed.
Tyler was very nice and very professional! He knew exactly how to treat my ants! Will definitely use Pinpoint moving forward.
We used to battle with ants every summer and whenever it rained, but since we have been using Pinpoint Pest Control, we haven’t had an issue. James sprays our yard thoroughly a few times a year and it has made our lives a lot easier!
We’ve regularly had both of our properties serviced by Pinpoint Pest Control, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent results. They are an A+ pest control service provider in North County — reliable, professional, and thorough every time. I recommend PinPoint Pest Control without reservation.
Those tiny little pesty ants were popping up everywhere. Braeden from PinPoint came to my rescue! Braeden and the company are very customer oriented, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend them to take care of your ant problem and various other insects that invade your home and surroundings.

We have had pinpoint pest control for just over a year now and have been very happy with their work. Great service overall and Michael in particular was fantastic. He came out four different times to help with ants caused by heavy rain and other flare-ups. We have been using PinPoint for 5+ years and their technicians are extremely professional and provide excellent service including Braeden who was at our house most recently.
Steven was great to talk to on the phone and answered all of my questions while scheduling the appointment. They were even able to fit us in right away during a busy holiday week. We also really appreciate the first responder discount — thank you! We had a wonderful experience, and hopefully the ants will be gone for a long while. Highly recommend!
That technician Michael was great and my dog liked him, too!
Michael came back to complete the job and I really appreciate it!
I have pets and toddler, and had ants and spiders too! I wanted a safe type of treatment and reliable way to make sure the little ones didn't' bite the bigger little ones and Pin Point does that! They are reliable, courteous and effective!
Michael did an excellent job. He clearly explained everything. I trusted his knowledge and experience. Pinpoint is fortunate to have Michael out doing their work and representing the company. His personality will take him far!!
Tyler was responsive and did a fantastic job. Not only communicating what he was doing, but how diligent he was in performing his work. I would love to have him service my house on a regular basis. I can only hope if that's not the case, that the person who assumes the responsibility will be half as good. Thank you Tyler....
Pinpoint is a reliable, conscientious company. Their techicians, like James, are well trained and very pleasant.
Did a great job.
Michael did a great job, was extremely polite and knowledgeable.
James is my favourite service technician. He always does a great job and has respect for my yards and deck. Most importantly he waits until I answer the front door before he starts the pest control service, so I can keep my pups inside while he’s spraying .
