Fantastic work and very responsive and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and are very good people to work with
Just wonderful people to work with. After the recent storms they needed to reschedule an inspection because they were buried in work helping others stop flooding, replace lines, etc. Important work. They apologized a ton of times, STILL got me on the schedule, and then provided cost-benefit analysis of the various…
Would highly recommend Platinum. Hunter was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. Very polite and made sure we were satisfied with all work done. All staff throughout this experience were 10/10 and it left us with a lot of comfort knowing the job would be done efficiently and thoroughly.
Hunter was fantastic. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He did good, tidy work. My only complaint was that service seemed overpriced for outdoor faucet replacement.
Have used their services multiple times now. Communication and scheduling is great as well as final results
Ethan worked on our house in numerous tasks and did an incredible job! We had a long list of fixes after the move, and Ethan took care of every single one! 10/10 service! Highly recommended!
I know I'm in good hands when I can Platinum Plumbing for any work to be done. They always take care of me.
Hunter did a great job replacing equipment in our shower. Very quick service. Highly Recommend Platinum Plumbing.
We had the taps in a bathroom sink rebuilt as well as the drain for that sink unclogged. The price quoted was reasonable. The Service Person arrived on time, inspected what needed to be done and provided options. There was no pressure to pick an option. The Service Person was polite, knew his job, and performed…
I have used Platinum Plumbing on two occasions. Both times I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling. I was at the end of my patience from working with William Masters, who took 6 weeks working on replacing a shower control and were never able to fix it. I called Platinum and they got it fixed the…
Zach was kind and courteous and professional. He took care of business and answered all of our questions.
Had some serious plumbing problems and leaks that had compounded over time. Hunter and Ethan came out and diagnosed and did all of the work needed. They took their time, were extremely polite, and took time to explain everything to us. Some of the better customer service I have experienced. He also gave me…
Dalton was amazing!!!! Very fast and very kind to work with!!!! Couldn’t thank him enough!
Dalton did a great job at the daycare center replacing the faucet
Dalton explained the issues in ways I could understand. He gave three price quotes so that I could choose what we were comfortable with and answered questions about each one. He did testing after the repair to make sure it was all working as expected and cleaned the sink to practically new!
Dalton was friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave a number of options to choose from but didn't pressure us for anything. Great company! Have used them numerous times.
From start to finish, absolutely superb. What a great team and service. Especially Ethan Johnston.
Amazing Service, Dalton changed a whole sink faucet and disposal within hours! Will definitely be using Platinum Plumbing again.
I recently had an outstanding experience with Zack at Platinum Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From the moment I reached out, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and handled the job with real…
Quick response- able to schedule right away, no upfront service fee. Zach explained everything very well and completed the repair thoroughly. He even stabilized the faucet to avoid future damage.
Platinum Plumbing responded to our sink emergency upon calling first thing Monday morning for help. Dalton was knowledgeable, quick, and lightened the mood with welcomed humor (as any home service can be pricey and cause tension). We were provided several package options to fit our needs, and the sink was fixed same day. Super grateful for their service!
Platinum was absolutely phenomenal! After using other locations in town for previous repairs, I decided to go with Platinum because friends had repeatedly praised their quality work and customer service. That praise was well deserved. Easy scheduling online, friendly texts and calls for updates prior to arrival, and…
Amazing service every single time!
Our tech was fabulous! He went above and beyond.
Great experience all around. They came out same day, fixed the shower handle. Reasonable price.
Chris was awesome! The entire Platinum Plumbing staff is always very communicative and efficient. I receive texts and calls to inform me of any delays and the expected arrival time. Their service has never let me down.
This was a multiphase project. Zach did a good job of showing options we could select. Once we selected, Zach and Hunter completed everything in one day. They were courteous and respectful. Overall we are very pleased with their work.
Employees are always prompt and very polite.
The young gentleman who came was very nice and took care of my outside spigot instantly. Turns out I am a weakling and was not strong enough to turn the knob. I probably will get it replaced one of these days with a different kind of turn on/turn off thingy. Thank you to Platinum Plumbing for the quick response. Excellent customer service!
We had a water incident where our facet wouldn’t shut off and it was 455pm, I know right, not a great time on a Friday night, however he showed up, got our faucet fixed and was extremely professional and I couldn’t of asked for better service. Definitely recommend and I found our new go to plumber.
This was our second time using Platinum Plumbing for a big fix (replacing an end of life water heater in this case) and this experience was just as positive as the previous ones. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. Ethan arrived early, explained options clearly, and was lovely to work with. We highly recommend Platinum Plumbing.
Derek came to our home to assess some issues we've been having with a faucet and drain in our side-by-side sinks of the master bathroom. He was terrific! In addition to being incredibly helpful with solutions, he handled our installation at a very reasonable rate, was super quick with the job, and overall did top…
Professional and local service with immediate availability to save the day!
Very impressed, I will use and recommend Platinum Plumbing when ever possible. Dalton assed and promptly repaired a faucet and bathroom tub drain.
Dalton is the real MVP! Professional and knowledgeable, fixed a backed up kitchen drain and provided preventative options without pushing. Thanks!
I had a small repair required on my drippy kitchen faucet and followed recommendations by my neighbors to Platinum Plumbing. Andrew did the repair quickly and now I'm a 'happy camper'! Will definitely put Platinum on my 'speed dial' for future plumbing issues!
Andrew was prompt, congenial and performed precision work. He fixed our bathroom sink and drain and made sure there was no mess left behind. It was refreshing to have such a courteous professional come to our home.

Derek was great. I always use them for any plumbing needs.
Ian was super kind and very informative about the work he was performing. He was honest about what I needed and what would be best over trying to oversell services. I appreciated his honesty and quality work.
From the initial phone call with the company to the technician who came, the service was great. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. Derek was very friendly, well-spoken, and helpful!

Great company and lovely to work with! Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing help. Fast turnaround for service, too.
Everyone was professional throughout the whole experience. Even in my first call, Chris tried helping with a tip that potentially would have fixed the problem without them. Because of that, I decided to utilize their services. There was never any high pressure sales. Andrew and Brody were very professional in their…
I’m so impressed with Platinum Plumbing. They installed a gas line, helped unclog some sinks, and installed new sinks and did a great job. They were reasonable on price, punctual, kind, and professional. I would highly recommend!
These guys are amazing! They came to my aide short notice and promptly the next day, they used professional and courteous measures when entering the house (wearing plastic coverings on their shoes), educated me about what the problem was and about new safety precautions they found needing done for proper code with…
The absolute best experience! Honest, expert advice, fast service and going above and beyond any expectations. Highly recommend Andrew and his company!
