Dalton explained the issues in ways I could understand. He gave three price quotes so that I could choose what we were comfortable with and answered questions about each one. He did testing after the repair to make sure it was all working as expected and cleaned the sink to practically new!

This was our second time using Platinum Plumbing for a big fix (replacing an end of life water heater in this case) and this experience was just as positive as the previous ones.
