Haden did an excellent job figuring out the cause of my leak with my washer pipe. We walked through multiple repair options at numerous price points. The pipe was very narrow at a certain point so troubleshooting took some time. Each part was explained to me and my questions were answered! super relieving to have…
You never want to call a plumber for issues but if you ever do or for some reason my family needs it again I really hope it’s Haden they send back out. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Also very polite and didn’t get frustrated or mad while I bother him or he ran into issues. Again, hope to never have…
Intelligent, competent plumber. I am well pleased
I really appreciate the service I have received from Platinum Plumbing. Ethan proposed a solution to my sump pump problem that I had not considered. I have had two different service people over the past year or two. I appreciated the way they explain things to me.
Ryan came out to fix a gas leak and he was awesome, so friendly and kind, kept asking if he could do anything else to help me out. He was quick and very efficient, I recommend Platinum Plumbing. Thank you all so much.
Had a leak in one of our upstairs bathrooms, Platinum Plumbing was able to get out same day and repair.
Hunter arrived promptly to replace the sump pump drain pipe that was causing the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the repair. I truly appreciated the quick response, clear communication, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend!
The plumber did good work. Basically I needed a half inch pipe repaired due to leakage. He used a pro press to seal the pipes. Sweating pipes is a thing of the past. My only issue was the upsell. They try to upsell other things like a while house water filtration system which costs thousands of dollars. I am sure…
Have used their services multiple times now. Communication and scheduling is great as well as final results
Hunter was quick, informative, polite everything you would want from someone fixing an issue.
I called for Ethan again and he did a great job. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a couple of ideas to alleviate a potential problem down the road. Will definitely call them again.
Hunter and Chris fixed a pipe issue in my basement that was leaking a lot of water and stuck to the original quote given. They were great to talk to, cool guys, and explained everything to me clearly so I knew what was going on. Highly recommend them two! They stuck around until it was fixed
No one’s pumped to call a plumber, but if you need one, these guys are great. Chris and Ryan were courteous, gave a clear quote, and easy to work with. Also I appreciate the texting system they have; it’s nice to see a picture of the plumber assigned to your job and when they’re coming.
Ethan worked on our house in numerous tasks and did an incredible job! We had a long list of fixes after the move, and Ethan took care of every single one! 10/10 service! Highly recommended!

Zach did a great job! Friendly and knowledgable! Highly recommend Platinum Plumbing!
Zach was amazing!...very knowledgeable of my needs and even offered solutions to future potential plumbing issues....great attitude and A+ work!
Quick response and availability. Work completed satisfactorily in a timely manner and friendly service technician. Price quoted was for the complete job, not for an hourly rate. If circumstances hadn't required a more immediate repair, I wouldn't have accepted the quoted price or service. I felt the price was…
Excellent work, thank you Dalton!!
Hunter did a great job and was very thorough and knowledgeable, definitely recommend him!
Had a big project to move and re-route a washing machine and the connected kitchen sink pipes! Eric checked over the issue carefully and explained everything and his suggestions. My wife had called another local plumber, left a message, and never received even a call back. Amazing Service, Dalton changed a whole sink faucet and disposal within hours! Will definitely be using Platinum Plumbing again.
Excellent service on a range of things. Chris and Seth were thorough, explained everything, provided timely service, double checked their work and cleaned up afterward. I am very happy with my service and will call again when I need assistance with plumbing.
Dalton couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. Job took far longer than anticipated but he stayed til 9:30 at night to get it done so I’d have water before he left. Didn’t want to go to bed tonight wondering when I’d be able to shower or use the restroom and he made sure I didn’t.
Very knowledgeable and fast service.

Platinum was absolutely phenomenal! After using other locations in town for previous repairs, I decided to go with Platinum because friends had repeatedly praised their quality work and customer service. That praise was well deserved. Easy scheduling online, friendly texts and calls for updates prior to arrival, and…
Chris came out to run two new shower lines, replace a faucet, and replace and outdoor spigot that was jammed for years. Not only was the job done perfectly, he explained everything along the way, showing me every detail. This company is excellent and has been the best plumbing experience we have had since moving to the B-N area!

Madison is always helpful scheduling a service call when we need plumbing work done. Today, Hunter arrived and was very courteous. He explained what needed to be done to replace valves and service our water heater. I was impressed that he wore shoe covers while in the house and cleaned up the work area before…
Tech was on time, communicated well, explained the process, and did an excellent job.
I called on Memorial Day and they were willing to come out but it wasn't an emergency. They came out first thing the next morning and did an amazing job. The technician, I think his name was Chris, was very thorough and took his time to repair the pipe and make sure it was down correctly. I had used Platinum…

Another 5 star review for Platinum. Super fast turnaround on getting a new water shutoff installed before the Thanksgiving insanity. Chris was great at explaining the cost involved and the process. Thanks for great service!
Prompt and professional work. My techs were respectful of my home, worked quickly to complete all of the items they could in the first day. Very clean and neat work.
Dalton is the real MVP! Professional and knowledgeable, fixed a backed up kitchen drain and provided preventative options without pushing. Thanks!

I have had a very good experience with this company. Dalton definitely helped me out alot even though I'm 18 hours away from this company he was able to answer my call and do a video chat with me to help me diagnose my plumbing issues with my kitchen sink. Thank you Dalton Lessen and thank you Platinum Plumbing.
Not only were they prompt, on time and respectful of my home, they were polite and gave me all my options. They helped me make the best decisions for not just now but the future. The issues we were having under our kitchen sink are gone as they found the root issue and solved it. The toilet clogged at least once a…
Could not be happier with their service. They coordinated effectively with my contractor doing other work in my house. Always kept me up to date and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the work. Edit: brought them back three years later to replace an outdoor spigot. Quick good job from Dalton.
So glad Kristal G. and Cheleta W. told me about this company. Many thanks to Dalton, Dillion Ethan, Derek and Madison for great job getting our new tankless water heater, dishwasher, refrigerator, water softener installation and other plumbing projects done. Their service man was on time and called about 15 minutes before arriving at my house. We were given a 3 hour window when to expect service and he was within that window. Capped off a gas line, good service, nice guy
Very responsive and communicative. Service was quick and quality.
I hired the company to replace my main sewer line in the yard. Andrew worked extremely hard long hours in order to make sure that it got done that day. Now it’s working better than ever. Very pleased and appreciative of the work. Highly recommend.
Brian knocked it out of the park extremely helpful!
I was truly impressed with Platinum Plumbing! It was easy to schedule an appointment (very unlike Redbird Plumbing, for example, who knew what the call was about but apparently did not want this dirty job) and "expert technician" Ian came on time, to give me an estimate. After he did, he said he could do the job…
Platinum Plumbing cleaned out my tile lines and recommended another company to pressure wash the tiles as well. Took their recommendation and had it done the same day. They also replaced the pipes under kitchen sink and replaced a bathroom sink that was original to the house (67 years) with a new vanity sink and…
