Tech was very personable. Job was well done. I wasn’t quite as impressed with all of the upselling anttempts and quotes on replacements in other areas of my home that I didn’t ask for.
Chris came out to run two new shower lines, replace a faucet, and replace and outdoor spigot that was jammed for years. Not only was the job done perfectly, he explained everything along the way, showing me every detail. This company is excellent and has been the best plumbing experience we have had since moving to the B-N area!
Amazing service every single time!
I had a leak in the shower when running which was diagnosed and fixed with a replacement cartridge. Ethan came out and replaced the malfunctioning part and had me up and running in a short time. I always use Platinum Plumbing for my plumbing needs.
