Chris was very professional and quick with his work. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and directed us to the best option for us at the time. Treated our house as if it was his own. Very professional.
Woke up to a leaking hot water heater. Called Platinum Plumbing mid morning and by the afternoon I had a brand new one installed as well as a much needed new kitchen faucet. Platinum Plumbing has done 4 or 5 different services the past month for us and everything has been great and professional. They even repaired a leaking valve for free! Update: 5/22/26 - Hunter came out and jetted our sewer line for a very reasonable price! Potentially saved us a headache over the weekend!

I have used Platinum Plumbing on two occasions. Both times I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling. Tech was very personable. Job was well done. I wasn’t quite as impressed with all of the upselling anttempts and quotes on replacements in other areas of my home that I didn’t ask for.
Chris came out to run two new shower lines, replace a faucet, and replace and outdoor spigot that was jammed for years. Not only was the job done perfectly, he explained everything along the way, showing me every detail. This company is excellent and has been the best plumbing experience we have had since moving to the B-N area!
Amazing service every single time!
I had a leak in the shower when running which was diagnosed and fixed with a replacement cartridge. Ethan came out and replaced the malfunctioning part and had me up and running in a short time. I always use Platinum Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Friendly service, took great care to be communicative, clean, and provided advice that turned into my requesting a water heater replacement, which they were able to do same-day. I don’t write reviews, but this one was earned.
Ian was super kind and very informative about the work he was performing. He was honest about what I needed and what would be best over trying to oversell services. I appreciated his honesty and quality work.

Chris, Collin, and their team did a great job and got back to me quickly. They offered a discount on multiple services, as well.
Everyone was professional throughout the whole experience. Even in my first call, Chris tried helping with a tip that potentially would have fixed the problem without them. Because of that, I decided to utilize their services. There was never any high pressure sales. Andrew and Brody were very professional in their…
