Platinum Plumbing company is great to work with. The price was reasonable to have a Sump pump replaced. Ethan came out and done the work. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain single detail on everything very well. A 5 star company and Definitely 5 stars service from Ethan, he is the MAN! Definitely recommend them BOTH!!
I really appreciate the service I have received from Platinum Plumbing. Ethan proposed a solution to my sump pump problem that I had not considered. I have had two different service people over the past year or two. I appreciated the way they explain things to me.
Zach and Tyler did a great job. They explained everything well and showed me all the needed repairs etc.
After experiencing a problem with our sump pump, Ethan performed a thorough inspection of our system and explained our options for repairing or replacing it. We decided on replacement of our existing system, a day was scheduled. He was on time and very professional.
Work was done with quality and in a timely fashion. Would recommend!

Ethan Johnston is top notch! I had a list of things I needed done and he took the time to explain everything from beginning to end. I had my water heater flushed, replaced the sump pump, and added a shutoff for a water line to a fridge.
