I dont know how to thank Chris enough!! He was thorough, knew his stuff, and got it done with no other trouble. My new water heater is amazing! Thank you to the whole team for being so accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with.
Guy was nice, took a long time. I asked for cheapest water heater he could install since I had sold the house and was leaving that day. He said he could do just the pipes, but they may break off and cause whole water heater to need replaced. My bill was $2784. Not a cheap water heater. My realtor had reached out to…
Ethan was awesome to work with. Highly recommend.

Thrilled with Dalton. He was quick and efficient and saved us in a pinch.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and competitively priced
Dalton & Hunter did a full drain clean out after our laundry room flooded. Sent down a scope, identified the issue, got it all cleared all the way down to the sewer line at the street, and replaced our water heater too. Very quick & very efficient!
Fast install and repair! Great service
Shoutout to Ethan, who not only came and resolved everything in one emergency trip, but also helped clean up some of the standing water from the failure of my old unit.
We have had two great experiences with Platinum Plumbing. They have installed two toilets, a new water heater, and repaired a leaking shower. Service response time is great and both techs have been friendly and knowledgeable. Jobs were done efficiently and the cleanup was superb.
I had a water heater that was leaking over the weekend. Filled out the online form on Sunday and scheduled service for Monday afternoon. These guys are the best. Woke up to a leaking water heater they came out right away, replaced my water heater quickly and had me back up and running ASAP!
Very happy with my experience having Ethan from Platinum Plumbing install my new hybrid heat pump water heater. Did a very thorough job replacing old copper joints that I don’t think others would have replaced, looking forward to the $$ savings these new ones promise.
Zach at Platinum Plumbing helped replace my water heater. Mine was starting to get old, and I wanted to replace it before it broke. Zach gave me a lot of different options, which was very helpful. The installation was very fast, and the new water heater works great!

The guys at Platinum Plumbing did a great job! They were quick to get us in & when we decided a new water heater was needed were able to get one installed same day. Zach & Hunter worked quickly & with minimal disruption in our crawl space, even easily hauling away the broken heater. Would highly recommend!
Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! Always a pleasure to work with.
All work performed has been done on time and in a professional manner. I never feel pressure for an up-sell and the plumbers always take time to explain the process and how to use any new features being installed. 11/22/24 - Chris performed all work as requested and was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout…
Ethan Johnston was superb! He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and even helped me with an unrelated home project before he left. We could not have been better serviced.
I am so happy with the RO filter and water heater installation. Zach was so knowledgeable and educated me to choose the right one for my house. Hunter installed water heater in no time, I would recommend Platinum Plumbing to others.
I called at 3:30 yesterday, the new water heater installed by 12:30 today. Chris was polite, knowledgeable & professional...the area was cleaner when he finished than when he started! We are completely satisfied. Thank you Platinum Plumbing!
After a friend recommended them, we called about some odds and ends plumbing needs including servicing/checking our water heater. The same day, Platinum Plumbing showed up and told us at nearly 20 years our water heater was on its last leg and we were lucky to have called! Zach did an amazing job, was…
Friendly and proficient technician. I paid $2,700 to replace a 40 gallon gas water heater. The water heater was valued at about $700 and the technician was at our home for about 2-3 hours, so labor was charged at the $500-700 per hour amount. That seems more than the $100-200 per hour labor cost that would seem…
Replacement of water heater. New water heater was supplied. It was a larger heater so some extra work had to be completed. And gasket on bathroom facet. I didnt anticipate it taking as long as it did. Plus my old water heater was not removed even though I was told someone would call in a day or two to schedule a pickup.
This was a multiphase project. Zach did a good job of showing options we could select. Once we selected, Zach and Hunter completed everything in one day. They were courteous and respectful. Overall we are very pleased with their work.
First experience with Platinum Plumbing, and it was a great one. Service people arrived on time, made quick work of my repair and were extremely helpful and informative.
This was our second time using Platinum Plumbing for a big fix (replacing an end of life water heater in this case) and this experience was just as positive as the previous ones. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. Ethan arrived early, explained options clearly, and was lovely to work with. We highly recommend Platinum Plumbing.
Prompt and professional work. My techs were respectful of my home, worked quickly to complete all of the items they could in the first day. Very clean and neat work.
Destiny called to see if they could come earlier which was great. Very polite, explained everything, picked up after themselves and didn’t leave a mess. Enjoyed their presence and their work. I had left messages at 3 plumbing companies over the holiday weekend and Platinum was the only one to call me back. Thank you!
They got us in right away, got our water heater replaced same day very fast! They were amazing, highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future!
We were very pleased with our new water heater installation. We were quoted from another well known company in town for double of what we paid with Platinum Plumbing. Will definitely continue to work with this local business. Thanks!

Dalton was very respectful and friendly. He was fast at installing the hot water heater, left the area clean after the job was completed, and didn’t have to have the water off for very long. Great work!!
I have used Platinum Plumbing since they opened their doors, and will never consider using another plumbing company. The service is second to none, and the price is always fair! I had Dalton out yesterday to install two toilets, a new water heater system, and a new sump pump. Dalton was extremely professional,…
Tried to sell me more than I wanted when i asked for an estimate. They are very pushy. I called another company and got exactly what I wanted. Don’t waste your time with them.
Great customer service and talented, professional team!
Dalton and his crew were excellent. He explained the needed repairs and quickly got he and his team on it. Installed two new toilets, a water heater, a water softener and a sump pump system. Worked quickly and cleaned everything when done.

Derek is fast and reliable! I recommend whole heartedly!
We had had negative experiences with plumbers previously, but these guys are great. Two years ago we had a few things done and this month we had a water heater installed. Derek was great. First time customer and have to say very pleased! Thankful they offered the same day service especially when its your water heater that goes down. Thanks Ian and Chris for addressing this for us so quickly today!
I had Ian with Platinum Plumbing come out to my house to replace my 33 year old water heater as well as reroute a gas line to my pool heater. He came up with a safe and efficient solution for my pretty difficult problem regarding the gas line and was able to complete the whole job (including water heater…
I have used Platinum Plumbing a few times now. Very responsive. Friendly, professional, answers all questions. Great service, 3 yr warranty. I will use them again when that time comes!
Great experience starting with friendly/professional appointment set up. Chris was incredibly helpful and provided all options to us once Derek inspected our old water heater. Super fast and quality work done by Derek. Highly recommend Platinum Plumbing.
Great communication on their end. I had reached out to two other companies prior and still hadn’t received a call back by the time our new tankless water heater was installed. They called the next day to come out sooner than originally scheduled but my schedule didn’t allow. It’s important to us to work with…
This is the first time we have had Platinum Plumbing do work for us and we could not have had a better experience in our opinion. Everyone I worked with at Platinum were so friendly I was amazed. We had a leak in both the water heater and washing machine on the same day. Andrew , the technician, was very professional, very good communication skills, did some little extra things for us. And a shout out to Madison, their customer service rep who answered our questions on the phone and set up the appointment…
What can I say, every part of the experience with platinum plumbing was above and beyond. It started with a friendly phone call requesting a estimate. Then Andrew came over and discussed with us (at great length because we had a ton of questions) the tankless vs tank water heating. Tankless is much more money than…

I highly recommend Platinum Plumbing! Our water heater stopped working and space was limited. They broke down all my options so I could understand and make the most cost efficient decision. High quality work in a short amount of time
Our water heater broke after a flood and wasn't able to be fixed. Platinum Plumbing came out within an and hour of me calling and was able to get us a new water heater immediately.
