Showed up ahead of schedule, very friendly and helpful, and explained everything clearly.
Very quick arrival. Called and received immediate service. Very professional. Gave us different options on fixing our problem. Very detailed and complete service. Would recommend any time. Highly recommend!
Incredible effort and value from PIHICI. Alex has been to our home a few times and has given us wonderful advise on replacing faucets. They also fixed a leaky shower head. Installed kitchen faucet and are pleased with the results. On to the big project. Had our entire central A/C replaced. Air handler and…
My technician, Joe, was super friendly and extremely professional. He gave me a clear explanation of the problem (leaky shower) and fixed the issue the same day. This company is always incredibly responsive and the work is top-notch. I’ve used them several different times for several different issues in my house and…
Above and beyond helpful with all our various needs! Worked with us to track down and find the best repair options after a storm took out our AC unit. Every technician that has worked in our home has been excellent. We are 100 satisfied with the service we get with Plumb it, Heat it, Cool it!
Joe was great! He took care of two issues quickly. Clean work, explained everything well and was friendly. Thank you!
Quick appointment and professional staff. Joe was thorough and explained clearly what needed to be done. We are proceeding with confidence.
I’ve always had a great experience with Plumb It Heat It Cool It. Joe was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. I’m very pleased with the work he did!
Rob was on time and very nice and professional. He even wore little booties over his shoes into my apartment. As a clean freak, that was appreciated. Not sure the cost because I’m a renter but I would definitely recommend the company.
Top top notch business....great staff.....thanks Alex.........cant say enough about them.........would highly recommend
Very polite and professional..came out very quickly. We had Alex he was great..explained everything and made the necessary repairs. Very neat and didn't leave a mess. For those still concerned they took covid precautions. We will definitely use them in the future.
The team worked well together. Service was professional and courteous. The repair was completed quickly with no hidden charges/fees. I would definitely recommend and use again.
Amazing company! So glad I found them to take care of our plumbing needs! Rob is very nice, informative, and knows his stuff. He’s not pushy at all but makes sure we are aware of any ongoing issues in our home. We had a plumber come out a year ago before to take care of clog but missed some issues that were still…
Charging too much for simple repairs. Gave me a quote of 820 dollars to replace a kitchen faucet and repair a toilet. These are way too high quote wise and still had to pay a 59 dollar fee for them coming out to hit a reset button on my garbage disposal and for just coming out. Will never call them again.
I had built up a to-do list for the plumber. Called the office and Rachel was able to get me a convenient appointment. Alex came out and repaired two drains, replaced two leaky faucets and a utility sink. He was incredibly professional, respectful, pleasant and neat. So pleased with this company!!!
This week has been an absolute challenge when my shower stopped working and my water would not stop running and because shut off valve was too hard to turn off, I had to turn off to the entire house. On top of that, there was a leak that subsequently happened in my kitchen sink. I called numerous plumbers and no one…
Excellent service and quality of work. I've used this company twice so far for repairs, and scheduling a dispatch each time was quick and easy. Rob fixed the issues efficiently, including locating and fixing a leak that a previous company was not able to figure out. All in all a great experience, and would 100% use again.
This contractor delivered. Alex their tech was professional, listened to my needs, and completed all tasks I asked of him. It was an excellent job and well done. Five stars for excellence.
