Plumb it Heat it Cool it is great. After buying a house that wasn't super well maintained, they've come out several times for me now to help with problems that emerge. They've always been prompt, courteous, and very effective. They want to help you and will find the best way to solve your problems.
Technician communicated well and arrived in time. My problem was that my main drain to the street was clogged. They kindly recommended a local company to flush the main line out. The technician was kind enough to give me several other recommendations of things that I should address which I truly appreciate.
Very responsive, nice guys and super reasonable pricing!
Thank you Melvin! Spent a good 1.5 hours looking into ALL aspects of the HVAC system to troubleshoot. Thank you!
Great quality service by Melvin who did our heating maintenance. He was timely, explained all the different options and was very friendly and professional.
My technician, Joe, was super friendly and extremely professional. He gave me a clear explanation of the problem (leaky shower) and fixed the issue the same day. This company is always incredibly responsive and the work is top-notch. I’ve used them several different times for several different issues in my house and…
Joe, was great as always! We would like have him every time!
Dan did a really good job of explaining everything and reviewing with me how to keep my ac unit clean with regular maintenance
Plumb it Heat it Cool it answers my call immediately and I’m so glad I’m a monthly service plan member. Joe was extremely friendly, professional and trustworthy -- explaining the service needed and the associated cost transparently. Cannot recommend this business highly enough -- it is clear it's family-owned and focused on customer satisfaction.
They are the best. Rachael is the best!!!
Had Joe come out and address a sewage leak issue, very professional and fixed the issue. Would highly recommend!
Helped rule out a plumbing issue Vs a roof issue and was very very conscious with keeping everything neat and clean since the area in question was in our kitchen.
Joe was very professional and checked everything in detail. Well mannered and his experience speaks for itself.
Joe came out to look at a leak, and was great. Super professional and nice. They even got us in for an appointment the same day.
Joe was helpful, thorough, polite, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand!
The Plumb it Heat it Cool it team are some of the most professional folks around! They walk you through the invoice line by line and allow you to put fixes off in the future if needed. Joe did a terrific job on our routine plumbing inspection. He was very friendly and the work he did was exceptional!
Great group of guys. All very polite, courteous, clean, and professional. Fair price for solid work. I’m a newer homeowner so I’m glad I’ve found my plumbing and HVAC guys. I can’t recommend them enough!
Excellent technicians (Alex, Rob and William) to work with! Clearly explained the issues and then installed all 3 new (water heater, furnace and ac). Worked all day and got them all installed and completed! Strongly recommend this company!
Alex was such a kind and happy person ,very professional . When he came in the house he even put paper booties on his shoes, very thoughtful!!!! He explained the problem to me and how to go about to fix it. U could just see how he just loved his job . What a pleasure it was to have Alex fix my plumbing mess with a…
I have use this company before to fix my shower in the past. I had Rob and Alex last time. Today I had Alex come out. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. My dishwasher was leaking and they were able to come out the same day. I was very happy with the service, it was quick work. There prices are also…
We have used them twice this week when we needed a quick response - hot water heater leaked and broke, toilet leaked - and they came out quickly both times. Very friendly, professional, and responsive. We will continue to be customers.
Quick response and very professional. Quality work and great customer service.
Charging too much for simple repairs. Gave me a quote of 820 dollars to replace a kitchen faucet and repair a toilet. These are way too high quote wise and still had to pay a 59 dollar fee for them coming out to hit a reset button on my garbage disposal and for just coming out. Will never call them again.
The team was incredibly professional, courteous, easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and exhaustive in ensuring we could avoid future plumbing issues in the future. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!
All staff was helpful and professional! Work was performed in a very timely and complete fashion.
After hearing from visitors to our house over last weekend that they smelled gas and not noticing the smell ourselves, we called Plumb It Heat It Cool It and they recommended we first have PECO confirm the existence of a leak. We were so sure it wasn't a leak, that we asked them to come out anyway and clean the…
I had built up a to-do list for the plumber. Called the office and Rachel was able to get me a convenient appointment. Alex came out and repaired two drains, replaced two leaky faucets and a utility sink. He was incredibly professional, respectful, pleasant and neat. So pleased with this company!!!
This week has been an absolute challenge when my shower stopped working and my water would not stop running and because shut off valve was too hard to turn off, I had to turn off to the entire house. On top of that, there was a leak that subsequently happened in my kitchen sink. I called numerous plumbers and no one…
Excellent service and quality of work. I've used this company twice so far for repairs, and scheduling a dispatch each time was quick and easy. Rob fixed the issues efficiently, including locating and fixing a leak that a previous company was not able to figure out. All in all a great experience, and would 100% use again.
Alex was on time and professional. He was able to help us resolve the issues we were having fairly quickly, and kept us in the loop as he did the work. He also provided us with alternative solutions that were in line with our budget.
This contractor delivered. Alex their tech was professional, listened to my needs, and completed all tasks I asked of him. It was an excellent job and well done. Five stars for excellence.
