I have use Plumb it Heat it Cool it several times now. While I am very handy, I would rather a professional handle my plumbing. After trying other local services with bigger names and nicely wrapped trucks, they were hideously over priced. I found the pricing to be fair, the service is courteous, and fast when it needs to be.
Of course my AC decided to stop working during the heat wave! Plumb it Heat it Cool it was able to send their tech Billy out same day, which was great. He was extremely professional, personable, and answered all my questions + gave me some very useful and helpful tips regarding my unit and what I should for maintenance going forward. 10/10 would recommend.
I paid twice as much for replacing a water heater. Almost $3,000 for a water heater that costs $700. I got stiffed big time, but I was in dire need to get that work done and didn't have enough time to shop around. Way overpriced to a scandalous level! There are plenty of other contractors who can get that work done…

I had Alex come and install a new water heater on Christmas Eve. He was a polite and attentive to detail individual. He made sure that drop cloths were laid down so there would be no damage to floors or rugs. He took the time to explain everything to me which I certainly appreciated.
