"John and Joe from Plumbing Problem Solvers are absolutely amazing! They arrived right on time, gave me a very fair bundle price to replace 5 failed valves, and did fantastic work. They are incredibly honest, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them!"
Great group of guys with friendly dispositions. They provided a few options for the work and were clear about their recommendations and pricing. Because I was located nearby, they were able to squeeze in a morning appointment. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
Wonderful service from top to bottom! Had a garbage disposal unit clogged and leaking and within the same day it was cleared up and fixed. Reasonable prices said up front, kind and good workers, quick and easy - couldn’t ask for more. Hopefully I never have plumbing issues again hahah but if I do, I’ll be giving them a call
John and Joe came on short notice to repair a leaking water valve at the point where it enters the house. To find the external water shutoff (which had become covered in grass) they ended up needing to buy a metal detector. We really appreciated the extra effort. They were responsive to our call, friendly,…
John and his team (Joe) were excellent in helping fix a leaky pipe in my basement. He was quick to respond, communicated well, gave me a heads up of his arrival time, assessed the situation quickly, and swiftly fixed the issue in about an hour. I was not expecting such a quick turnaround, but they got it done! Super…
Great experience with John & team on 4/30/26! Fast, responsive and communicative. They diagnosed and fixed the plumbing issue in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend John for your plumbing needs in the Philly area!
I needed to replace my old leaky outdoor water pipes and spigot, and John installed a new frost-free hose bibb including relocating the water supply as well as closing off the old connections inside and out. The work is very professional, was done in a timely manner, and was at a fair and reasonable price. Extremely…
We had a leaking radiator due to a defective valve. It was a Sunday and we called several places. Plumbing problem solvers were the only company to assure us same day service and give us several updates on when they would arrive. They stopped the leak within 20 minutes and came back to provide much needed service…
I can't say enough good things about John and his team! He came with his two-man crew, and fixed the plumbing issues I already knew about. But what really stood out was that they took the time to do a thorough check of everything — and found additional problems that could have turned into a real disaster if left…
John was responsive and prompt. He handled a variety of issues for us and followed up to make sure any problems were resolved.
These guys are the real deal. I’m very happy an appreciate everything. If you wanna trust someone with your plumbing pick them. You won’t be disappointed
Plumbing problem solvers really came through for an emergency leak in the house. They did a great job identifying the leak, then fixing and replacing the leaking pipe. They gave well thought out explanations for their work, were very patient with questions, were extremely respectful and clean, and responsive. Overall highly recommend them!
I recently hired Plumbing Problem Solvers and I couldn't be more impressed. John Pratt and his assistant were professional, punctual and incredibly thorough in their work. I have found my forever plumber.
We arrived at Church this morning to the sound of rushing water! We found that a pipe in our fellowship hall had burst and water was pooling everywhere! I called my nephew who sent me John Pratt's number. He rearranged his schedule and came right away. And right on time! We were able to have an abridged service wher…
John and Joe are kind and professionals. They are very attentive and care about their clients' needs providing unselfishly recommendations. John has been very responsive to my messages and accommodated our personal needs. The work was executed as expected--no surprises! Highly recommended.
Quick responding, was able to get to us within 2 hours of contacting him. Reasonable pricing for the emergency we had. Super nice as well!
I had a major water leak over the weekend resulting in no water to the home, and I called John for help. He did a fantastic job by helping restore water the same day, replacing the water fittings brand new and up to spec. I highly recommend John and appreciate his great work!
I hired John Pratt from Plumbing Problem Solvers to fix what I thought would be a huge mess. He was prompt in responding, easy to schedule with, and took great care to protect my home by wrapping everything in plastic. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and in just one day — a job other plumbers implied…
Great guy, came the same day that I called and repaired refrigerator hose! Cleaned up too! Hard working and friendly!
Our shower handle broke and we were not able to stop the water from running at full force. When I found out it was broken, it had been running for over two hours. We turned off the water at the main and I called John Pratt. I had been following contractors/plumbers/electricians on Next Door. If you received tons…
I had a damaged pipe under my house. It was cracked and caused backups and an odor. Plumbing Problem Solvers had to remove my bathroom wall and my hot water heater, break through the concrete floor to access and repair the pipe. They gave me a three day window for completion and it was done in a day and a half. Not…
I have a new plumber! John is the consummate professional. He does great work and communicates throughout the job from start to finish. I highly recommend Plumbing Problem Solvers for any plumbing issue that arises. John is great to work with!
I highly recommend John and will continue to hire for any plumbing issues or preventative maintenance as needed. Scheduling was timely for an emergency consultation.
