Always excellent service. Very responsive if need service between regular appointments. Jenna is very pleasant & professional at her job. I recommend Power Pt.
Always have an ant problem in the summer they spray and if the ants continue they come back and get them again which does the trick. The rain has kept them more active than usual. They always come back right away great company.
Not sure if anyone came out to service my house. I didn’t hear anyone come to my door. And nothing was left at my door saying service was completed outside of my house.
Kevin is understanding of the customers’s needs, knowledge and provides great customer service.
Responsive and caring wrt our ant problem.
Milton did a great job! Very professional and explained everything and assured me it was safe for the whole family and pets!
They are always very professional and courteous when they are here. They provide excellent service.
Sage came out to take care of an ant problem in our kitchen. I preferred not to have indoor spraying & he was very respectful of that(he applied bait to affected areas indoors & sprayed around our entire foundation). Sage was very professional, knowledgeable & kind.
Michael is extremely professional and reliable. Any time that I express any concerns about any pests, he listens and proceeds to remedy the situation.
Antonio is pleasant, knowledgeable and informative about pest control.
Antonio represented Pointe Pest Control as well as humanely possible!
Great service, as usual, thanks Sam!
Nick came for a mouse inspection and he took care of a few other pests. Very happy with his service
Friendly and knowledgeable
We basically live in the forest preserves and attempted to control indoor pests on our own. A very old house and wooded lands made us losers in this effort. Pointe has helped with an abundance of wasps nests, ants that all store-bought pesticides failed at. All the technicians are professional, helpful, and respectful of the property.
I’m a ground floor unit and have always had issues with ants in the summer. After trying to deal with it on my own for years I finally gave in and brought in outside help and the improvement is astounding! Michael is great, both quick and thorough and generally flexible about working with your schedule!
Josh was on time as promised and answered all my question's. He explained everything about the service and applied the pest control in all areas as needed. Thanks for the prompt service.
Joseph was helpful, friendly, and listened to my concerns.
Our technician Oscar was amazing and informative!

Michael is always great! He answers all my questions and is very thorough.
Very friendly team and effective at their work. Always timely when coming out and willing to listen to identify what issues we are having. Treatments have been going well and we have noticed little to no ants in property any longer. Also happy with the cobweb removal they perform during their visit.
Tech was very polite, addressed my concerns fully.
Ryan is very professional and knowledgeable. He provides top quality service and I feel confident that my home is protected from pests.
Excellent service!!
From our first phone call in to the technician arriving to do our service, we had an EXCELLENT experience. This is our second pest control company, and we were 100 times happier with Pointe than our previous company. Nick S was our technician and he not only listened to all the details I gave him, he suggested…
Adrian and Rigo were very professional and on time. This was my first visit of my quarterly, I had many questions in which they responded to each one with knowledge and professionalism. I feel confident that my issue will go away, since the salesman and experts that came to my house reminded me of the GUARANTEE service Pointe Pest Control offers.

Dylan was very professional and helpful as to what was needed to get rid of our ant issue. He respected our home and pets as well.
Jon was our technician. We didn’t ask him to but he had a mask on which was very nice and respectful. He looked for the ants and didn’t try and sell us on anything else we didn’t ask for. He did his job fast.
Very fast and friendly
Austin did a very a very thorough job inside and out. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly.

Pointe Pest Control does an amazing job treating our house for various pests (spiders, ants, mice, wasps, etc.). They are super easy to work with and schedule. I was very happy with Roberts service on my parents home. I was there while he was doing service. He explained everything to my mom about what he was going to do and was very detailed. Robert was very professional. He paid extremely close attention to details informed me on what he was doing at all times. Garages look brand new once dewebbed and sprayed. Basement is spotless. No more cobwebs in house. Very happy with service. Thank you Robert! Only want him servicing house from now on Please!
He was very thorough and polite. Would highly recommend them!
Over the years we have had issues with mice, ants and other insects. It has not been bad, but it has been a constant issue. Ryan checked every location for mice and insects. He showed me where they were getting in as well as where and how he treated for them. He was thorough, explained things well and was very helpful.
Was very thorough and showed me areas to fix to stop entry. Explain the process of rodent control and advise me to keep dog food sealed. I highly recommend this business. I use them for ants and no activity this season. I use them for spiders and they sorayed and removed webs.
I just switched to Pointe from another company. I am satisfied with the first service and hope they will help me completely control the mice and ants issues.
TECH WAS GREAT REALLY CARES OLD FASHIONED SERVICE U CANT FIND ANYMORE
Pointe Pest Control is by far the best in the business. I have worked with other big pest companies, however, PPC has impressed me the most. I have had several different technicians but mostly with Ivan. He is prompt, polite and tells it like it is regarding your issues whether it’s rodents, bugs, bees or spiders.…
We love Jamian! We’ve been battling some pest issues in our house for a couple years. Whenever we have a flare up, we call and specifically for Jamian. He knows our house well for servicing it so many times over the years that he has a game and attack plan as soon as he walks through the doors. We literally see huge…
Ivan was very informative of everything that he was taking care of and how it works. And knowing that Pointe will come out of there is ever an issue is very reassuring.
