We were overrun by ants this summer and called in Pointe pest. I was surprised how efficient and cost effective the service was. We’re bug free and happy!
Even after having inside and outside of house sprayed recently, still had many stink bugs getting inside the family room area. Justin sprayed inside the family room and suggested we turn on our fireplace often.

Dan has been a big help getting the mice out. And taking care of all the bugs you don’t want in a home.
Everything went perfect as planned.
Milton’s expertise is very much appreciated and reassuring in that the pest issues were being addressed successfully.
Notes should have been read from previous treatments. Bait stations outside were not filled and a rescheduled appt had to be made again.

Our service provider was fantastic! He was patient with my questions, thorough in his explanations of what he saw inside and outside my home, and generally his whole visit was focused on helping me find solutions to our pest problems.
Very satisfied with their pest services! I’ve been using them for the past year and had several service request placed for spiders, springtails, voles, and clover mites. They’re very friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable which is a bonus. I also like the plans and one-time service options that are available and have used both.

We basically live in the forest preserves and attempted to control indoor pests on our own. A very old house and wooded lands made us losers in this effort. Pointe has helped with an abundance of wasps nests, ants that all store-bought pesticides failed at. All the technicians are professional, helpful, and respectful of the property.
Excellent communication. Tech Justin was thorough and informative. He explained everything needed and advised next steps.
Always so friendly to work with. From the administration staff to the individuals that provide the onsite service. Highly recommend.
Matthew the technician was very informative and pleasant. His knowledge of pest control is awesome, and left me with the feeling that we were in good hands
Kevin, was very professional, in first explaining service to be provided, then keeping me informed as he completed the service, thanks Kevin
