Excellent hands-on service with deep knowledge and expertise!
Alan did a thorough job of checking all the mouse bait boxes, and spraying the house exterior to prevent other problems.
Even after having inside and outside of house sprayed recently, still had many stink bugs getting inside the family room area. Justin sprayed inside the family room and suggested we turn on our fireplace often.
He never spoke with me before leaving, I mentioned the amount of spider webs around our front door, a week later they’ back
Very friendly. Even remembered my puppy’s name. So personable and so professional!
Very professional. Knew my name. I fid not follow him but I assume he did the job,
Nicely done!
Ryan comes reliably on a quarterly basis and sprays for pests. When I have an additional need he makes an additional visit. I have been satisfied. The price I posted below is a contracted monthly charge.
Milton is great! Very professional, thorough and explained everything to us so we can take the next best steps to keeping our home free of anything!
There is no notices of when tech inspects property and how customer knows the tech went to property , since you bill ahead of time. Thanks - Mary Church
Dan has been a big help getting the mice out. And taking care of all the bugs you don’t want in a home.
Excellent and thorough! Highly recommend.
Always a thorough job from Clifford
Milton did a great job on his visit today
Notes should have been read from previous treatments. Bait stations outside were not filled and a rescheduled appt had to be made again.
Kind and respectful. Asked where and what my issues are before servicing. Wore covers on shoes before entering my home which was truly appreciated!

Nick did a wonderful job explaining all the issues. I feel he went above and beyond. He made sure that everything he used in our home was conducive to my double lung transplant. Thank you

Point Pest is a good company. I’ve had them for years now. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I’ve had other companies solicítate but I refuse to change. Our new technician Lamont Davenport has been coming to our home in place of Michael. Lamont is as profesional, friendly and punctual. He did…
Tell me why haven't you emailed me what I requested? A list of what I need to do to prepare for the treatment. This is totally unacceptable.
Took time to inspect the crawl space and outside.
Always, great and thorough service!
Lamont was very knowledgeable and personable. He did a thorough job and answered all of my questions. Hoping to get him as my technician every time my home is serviced.
Very satisfied with their pest services! I’ve been using them for the past year and had several service request placed for spiders, springtails, voles, and clover mites. They’re very friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable which is a bonus. I also like the plans and one-time service options that are available and have used both.
Jonathan was prompt, professional and thorough. We discussed issues for future services. He did a great job.

The representative was very thorough when inspecting my home for problem areas both inside and out. Called out a specific problem that mice could get into that I never noticed in my laundry room. 10/10 service!
