I have spiders really bad at my house. Big ones! I had to have someone come back out twice after my original service with (Eric)all within 45 days. The last service beginning of July, the supervisor (Aaron) came and set up all of these sticky traps EVERYWHERE! I waited hopeful that the supervisor did a better job…
Cord did a great job. I was very interested in seeing what activity there had been in my bait stations and he gave me all the information I needed and also threw in that I needed to watch for increased activity after the hops were harvested. Thank you Cord.

The team arrived on time, they were courteous and were in and out in a timely manner. They swept down cobwebs and did a thorough job to insure the ants got the message to get out. Really a great experience.

Did not get the "on our way" text so was caught off guard. Also asked them to please please close all gates when done. They did not, I have dogs, kept them inside of course. Gates left open lead to escaped dogs. Techs need to understand customer requests are very important. They did not say they were leaving either, so no opportunity to speak to them.
