Brian did a fantastic job at our house today! Even sprayed the inside of our garage and our kid’s play set - thanks so much!!
I had a gentleman by the name of Brian from Pointe Pest Control, really nice guy, came to my apartment unit for a flea extermination, very knowledgeable and knew how to do his job, reassured me that if I had any issues to just call him back. Absolutely recommend to anyone have issues with any type of pests, etc..
The tech, Bri, was on time. I showed her our back yard and how to work the gate. She let me know that she did close the gate as she left. Very friendly, talked about what chemicals she was using and why.
I have been working with Pointe Pest since 2017 in a professional capacity (they are my vendors for Property Management). I have always had nothing but excellence in service with Keith, Jamiee, and David, and the other technicians. I have always felt like our concerns are heard and addressed, by Rob, Nathan, Israel,…

I’ve worked with Point Pest at my workplace for the last 8 years and when my hubs and I decided to get pest control service at home there was no need to look anywhere else. They are professional, easy to work with and they get the job DONE. Extra kudos for navigating a small house with an infant and very inquisitive toddler!
Awesome service, very professional, super fast response just started service today like in only 4 hours later my house was completely sprayed.
Have used them for 5 years they come out every 3 months and they come right out if I need them to in between. Highly recommend
Friendly, understanding, efficient service from Fernando and Byron. They laughed at my attempt at humor and didn't even mind my cat assisting to look under the bed. Great guys, thank you.

Great quality service and friendly. On time as scheduled
Good to have a business that will answer their phone, schedule appointments and honor that. Been in Spokane for a few months and cannot believe the businesses that don’t or won’t return calls. Very professional, masks, booties were sported with pride. Answered all, bug related questions. Only fail is they cannot do…
We've used Pointe Pest Control for a few years now and I only have good things to say about them. When they come and spray it's never never very intrusive. They get in, spray, and get out. It never requires more from you then to answer your he door. Maybe 30 seconds of your time at most. Brandi has been servicing my…
