I just moved to Chattaroy , and was worried about rodents moving in for the winter and was told that Pointe Pest Control was the best . And they did not disappoint. Josh my service technician was promt and called beforehand giving me time to get my 3 large dogs under control and at 70 this can be difficult with…
Travis Cross at Pointe Pest Control was prompt, friendly and professional. He answered the questions I had and explained what he was going to do for my first treatment. Thanks again!
Brian is a very personable young man and thorough, With the service we have gotten we are very happy we switched to Point Pest. Brian was actually early and we let him know right off that pleased us. My husband has a lot of doctor appointments and it’s nice to know that he will make it a point to come early when…
Bri was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She shared tips that I can use in the future. The Point Pest is fortunate to have such an amazing employee. Thanks Bri!
Brad called day ahead and arrived on time. Very thorough in checking bait traps and spraying.
Brian was very friendly and explained many things. He was able to do some extra things such as replacing the sticky boxes in the house. He is very thorough and treated the inside and outside of our house with extreme care which we really appreciated. We are very happy with the work Brian did and thank him and…
Brian was great! He was super professional and did the inside and outside. I really hope he comes next time. Never had a problem since we have used their services. They are super responsive and get to our house as soon as we call them with any pest. We originally called them with mouse problems and we haven’t seen one in 3 years.
Brandi and Tyson were super helpful! They caught webs, droppings and nests I hadn’t even noticed and even helped me try to find an errant frog I had been hearing to determine if it was inside or outside. Super knowledgeable and friendly, I’d definitely recommend them!
Called because of rodent problem. Had used up 16 traps and caught one pack rat convincing me I need a professional. Had used Alta pest control in the past with poor results. My 1st experience with Pointe Pest Control was an immediate response to my phone call. Had a tech (Travis) at my house within a half hour.…
Absolutely satisfied with my service. Benjamin has been the tech that's come out to service my house the last 2 times. He's very professional, thorough, and informative. I highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.

Josh & Troy were incredible!! Professional, thorough & efficient. Explained all the processes and answers all my questions and concerns! Took out two hidden wasp nests and all our spider webs outside we didn’t know about. Will use again!
Pointe Pest Control was recommended to us by a friend and they did not disappoint! They use natural products they weren’t harmful to our animals (2 cats and a dog). In fact, we were all in the home when Josh, our technician, was spraying. On that note, Josh was a super nice guy! He was fast, friendly, and…
