Once again my service was done by Ron Dach. He is the best! Ron spends more time to thoroughly do the job. I would like to request that only Ron is scheduled for my home pest control. No one else.
Fantastic same day service. Travis' went above and beyond. Very attentive to our yard and all the wasps we had. Will recommend to everyone I know!
After six months of trying to get rid of a severe ant problem with another local company, I contacted Pointe Pest. In one treatment, the ants are pretty much gone with the exception of a stray here and there. Mike and Brent were out for my first follow-up today and were pleasant and thorough. It is a huge relief to…
Great experience! Kenny scheduled us for next day service. Forrest, Anthony, and Fernando were professional, masked and gloves.
Forrest Ronald and Brent were very professional and extremely helpful. Even had a conversation with my grandson when he was showing the bathrooms. Super friendly
The technician who treated my home was courteous, professional and very thorough and took the time to explain everything he was doing and the follow up actions he would be taking and suggested I take. I highly recommend him and Point Pest Control for your pest control needs.

Ron is our service tech and he does a great job. Very thorough. He checks everything every time. He always checks in with us to see if we are having any particular problem. We live in a remote area and thanks to this service I do not have a problem with rodents or pests in and around my house. I would recommend this service.
Technicians Travis and Josh very thoroughly inspected our specific pest problem, and treated for such (ants, wasps, etc). Both exhibited great knowledge in pest control, and didn’t leave a single detail out. Highly recommend Pointe Pest!

I’ve worked with Point Pest at my workplace for the last 8 years and when my hubs and I decided to get pest control service at home there was no need to look anywhere else. They are professional, easy to work with and they get the job DONE. Extra kudos for navigating a small house with an infant and very inquisitive toddler!
Awesome service, very professional, super fast response just started service today like in only 4 hours later my house was completely sprayed.
Both Travis and another guy (didn’t catch his name) that came out were very professional and answered every question that I had, they sprayed around and inside of my home for carpenter ants with non toxic spray which is great because I have 2 children, they told me everything that I need to do to help take control…
They were prompt courteous and got right to work. They also explained the product and how it worked. I will call them again.
Kelly ham came and treated the property for an outbreak of sugar ants in the kitchen. He was very knowledgeable pleasant and easy to work with. He was sure to leave me his telephone number and email address should I require further assistance. I was very satisfied.
The techs that came out, and the representative on the phone were all absolutely top-notch. Great people. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 star is that the service was just done, so I don't yet know how effective it is. Based on my experience so far, though, I feel confident that they will make sure we're satisfied.
Very kind and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have some pest control done!

Both representatives Kenny and Fernando were exceptional! They were very informative and ensured that I understood the information they were relaying to me. Kenny, Forrest & Jay reviewed our pest problem and recommended an effective and cost wise plan to eliminate pests, but keep us and our pet safe. All three were quite knowledgeable friendly and mindful that they were working in someone else’s home. Thanks! I’m confident that we have a good plan and can bid our unwanted guests a non-fond farewell.

Last week Kenny came out quickly to inspect and give a quote, and Forrest came out today. They were on time , professional, did a great job inside and out. No more bugs!
Friendly, understanding, efficient service from Fernando and Byron. They laughed at my attempt at humor and didn't even mind my cat assisting to look under the bed. Great guys, thank you.

Travis and Ronald came out and crushed it. They were both super knowledgeable and professional!
Very happy with the price and service. The other company we used was trying to oversell us on treatment with 3x the frequency. I have used Pointe for over 2 years now and they have been great to work with.

We are on our second visit with Pointe Control. Matt showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and set about spraying inside and outside. Our ant problem is slightly diminished but he has explained that it takes quite a while to completely get rid of them. We are very happy with the company's cooperation.
