I had a gentleman by the name of Brian from Pointe Pest Control, really nice guy, came to my apartment unit for a flea extermination, very knowledgeable and knew how to do his job, reassured me that if I had any issues to just call him back. Absolutely recommend to anyone have issues with any type of pests, etc..

Pointe came out just for a free inspection when I found a bed bug. They came out the day I called and it was right before a holiday. They offered great expertise and there was no pressure to continue services when he didn’t find more bedbugs. It felt like he truly just wanted to help.
