Ivan was very friendly and respectful.
Within 24 hours no yellow jacket activities seen, as promised by the Tech. The only quam I have is the automatic enrollment into an annual program.
We’ve been customers for years, until things recently took a bad turn with my own home. Pointe Pest Control serviced our Spokane County home for wasp nests on 7/30/26. The product left multiple oily stains on our composition shingle roof. We reported it immediately, Mike accepted responsibility (they’d sent a…
Logan was a fantastic technician and he did a terrific job.
The salesman was overbearing and very pushy. Once I agreed to their hundred dollar fee they came out and supposedly used some type of powder on my bushes and home to get rid of the spiders. I called another week later and they had to do it again. Another week later and they were worse than they were the first time.…
If I could give zero stars to leave a review I would! My husband and I were very specific about needs and explained very thoroughly where the yellow jackets were on our roof and around our eaves. We have a completely flat walkable roof and the guy who came out DID NOT even treat anything except a walk around ( he…
Ben Gidley was great. He was friendly and answered any questions we had about bugs. Thank you!
This is the 4th time we’ve done business with a pest control company, our second time signing with Pointe. They did a great job for us the first time. However, what I’m super impressed with is the technician we had today, Lee Guzman. He was amazing in every way, going above and beyond and taking care of everything…
Came out and “sprayed” for pests and bugs but unfortunately none of the hornets, spiders, ants or gnats were deterred or eliminated by what ever they was sprayed and I had to call another pest control company out to my house to spray. This is has been a ln issue over the past 3 yrs. I will be moving to another pest control company going forward.
They came and did a treatment at the home we’re renting after we spotted some wasps flying around. Very thorough and informative. Would work with them again!
Clay Dailey was our tech yesterday. Extremely courteous and outstandingly professional. He came and explained step by step the chemicals he was using as we have 4 dogs that was very important to us. He took his time to ensure he didn't miss anywhere on our property and then he wrote a very detailed report outlining…
Stevie was great! Very helpful and very complete! Thank you!
We really appreciate the work Lance does for us… He is professional and courteous.
Brian did a fantastic job at our house today! Even sprayed the inside of our garage and our kid’s play set - thanks so much!!
I've had a severe and recurring problem with wasps. They LOVE all the fencing in my backyard! And occasionally, I've had signs of mice in the garage. Since using Pointe Pest on an established treatment schedule, the number of wasps each spring and summer that return is greatly reduced, and there have been no new…

Super nice staff and very thorough with their spraying. Since I have set up quarterly spraying they also always come back if I see more spiders, or to remove a bee hive if necessary. Brandi was awesome and you can tell she love her job and takes pride in her work. The service We receive from Pointe Pest is always top notch!
Great service! Travis was on time and super knowledgeable.
I had to change my review because I was lied to. I am EXTREMELY disappointed! I was told the 30 day follow up would be a free service just to check and see if everything is going OK and spot treat. Well, an appt was never confirmed with me. All that ever happened was an email and voice-mail reminder. What if I…
Travis did a great job with our spray service. He was friendly and professional, and he explained everything very well, while answering the questions that I had. Thank you!
All good except late arrival without notice.
The process of getting set up on having service at our house was very easy and non pressure. Jerel came out on time and quickly went to work and in no time had the outside completed. I love this company!! Extremely professional while also being so friendly and people I am comfortable having in/around our home. Our house is older so the creepy crawlies can easily find a way in but their product truly eliminates my spider issue. Along with earwigs, ants, bees, and slugs. They get a 20 out of 10 from us!
Travis and Josh terrific. Was pro active with ensuring all special details with my account were documented.
They did a awesome job last summer and I have no doubt we will have the same results this summer. Thanks Kenny!

Both Travis and Brent were very professional and worked quickly to get our wasp problem taken care of. The price for the service was fair. Hopefully they got the bulk of the problem taken care of so they won't need to come back right away but I'd be happy to have them back when the time comes.
Service was conducted with High Level Professionalism, Punctual, through, and confident the pest issue will be resolved quickly. Thank You Pointe Pest.
Tyler was our technician and extremely professional and detail oriented. A great experience all around, highly recommended!
The gentleman who did the inspection showed up, because they were in the area. He set up the appointment for the next day, because the truck would be in the area. I got a discount for the service. Really fast, easy and independent. Sign up was 10 minutes and they came and did our first service the next day (in the evening). I had kids to tend to and they just got it all handled on their own and let me know when they were finished so I could ask the questions I didn’t have time to at the start. Really respectful and personable.

Once again, Brandi was on time and professional. It’s always great to see her, and of course since she’s been coming we don’t have pests! Before we started using this company we couldn’t sit outside without being attacked by wasps. Those days are through! Thanks Brandi!
Fernando, Forrest and Kenny were all very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I would have called them sooner, why suffer when they can take care of the pest problem.
Ron is our service tech and he does a great job. Very thorough. He checks everything every time. He always checks in with us to see if we are having any particular problem. We live in a remote area and thanks to this service I do not have a problem with rodents or pests in and around my house. I would recommend this service.

I’ve worked with Point Pest at my workplace for the last 8 years and when my hubs and I decided to get pest control service at home there was no need to look anywhere else. They are professional, easy to work with and they get the job DONE. Extra kudos for navigating a small house with an infant and very inquisitive toddler!
Travis and his colleague arrived to the minute on time, were super quick, efficient and professional! Very happy with the price and service. The other company we used was trying to oversell us on treatment with 3x the frequency. I have used Pointe for over 2 years now and they have been great to work with.
I have used this company for years for the horrific spider problem we have in the valley. They never disappoint. Recently, I’ve noticed mice in the walls and they were able to do a thorough review of inside and outside and come up with a plan. Really provided excellent service—we will be using Pointe Pest Control forever!
Byron has the best customer service!
Not all technicians are created equally! Brandi stands out in this company and is always very thorough. She took the time to find out where the Aunt problem came from and addressed it instead of just spraying the perimeter and hoping that helps.
