Melvin was the technician for my service. He was OUTSTANDING. He answered all questions and concerns without hesitation. He is very professional and truly cares about the property and the customer. I would give 10 stars if I could

When I called on 8/30, the sales rep assured me that the yellow jacket issue would be resolved, i.e. eradicated. He had me sign up for your quarterly membership, for spraying for all sorts of pests. Malik was really good! He came to the door and was very professional and polite and told me what he'd be doing. We would recommend your service any day. The only thing he missed were spider/cob webs on a couple of windows.

Eddie is the best! Without me asking, he offered to come in and check mouse traps that he placed in the basement on his last visit... all clear! He is very conscientious and wants to make sure I am pleased before he leaves. Another great job!!
