Xavier was so thorough and took the time to explain everything. Extremely satisfied. Love pointe. Always thorough
Jonathan Jimenez serviced our home today while we were at work. Overall, we have been pleased thus far with the service of Pointe Pest Control.
Not only did Jamian perform the termite check quickly, efficiently, and showed me that there were NO active termites this time, he also assisted me with getting a sprayer nozzle off of a hose for me. It was stuck - he unstuck it. Above and beyond the call of duty!
Always pleased with our service and our technician, Adrian
Excellent service as usual!
Excellent service as usual!
Efficient friendly and effective service.
Excellent
He is the most friendly, professional and nice person there is . He explains what he is doing and why! Pointe is a very responsive firm. We started using them a few years back after our neighbor referred them. Pointe has taken care of their property for over 15 years.
I’ve used Pointe Pest control for a multiple years now. Service specialist are very knowledgeable and they explain their answers to your questions thoroughly. You don’t always get a phone call to time of arrival is the only issue.
Pointe Pest Control has been a great service for us. Today the knocked out a wasps nest we didn't even know about!
Our technician Xavier was very helpful and did a professional, thorough job.
Tom was our technician today from Pointe Pest Control and he is great! He always called 15-20 minutes prior to his arrival, he thoroughly educated me regarding the specific pest control concerns I had and was very kind. I would highly recommend Pointe Pest Control.

Jonathan is polite and knowledgeable person. Highly recommend
Matt was very professional and informative. He walked me through the process and had clear communication each and every moment of the appointment.
We were very pleased. Technician was courteous, thorough and took time to complete his work and discuss with us afterwards. The first visit we had a few weeks ago seemed rushed and not so thorough.
Very polite and made us feel safe knowing everything being taken care of.
Great service!
Brandon arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection of the outside of our house. He was very polite and very professional. He knew about some of the issues during the previous inspection and address them during this time. Overall, he was very reliable.
They are very proactive and responsive.
Always on time and great communication.
Billy did a good job.
Michael did a superb job!
Excellent on site service. Courteous and thorough.
He did an amazing job and was very thorough.
Pointe Pest Control is reliable as usual - but I was surprised to see that the person who came by to spray down my house was not wearing a mask at any point during the visit, including the time when he was talking to us with the front door open. I would encourage Pointe Pest Control to revisit their safety…
Your technician, Leonel Alfaro, arrived at my house on Thursday, 6/7. He explained what he was going to do and did I have any other concerns. Leonel was very courteous. Pointe Pest Control is very fortunate to have Leonel as one of their technicians.
Fernando did a great job.
Fernando the technician came to my place after making an appointment. Very thorough, took his time to explain everything he saw and what he was applying. Was really happy with his service. Will be using them in the future for sure.
