Ponder Pest Control does a great job and is so amazing at communicating with us!
Cory was GREAT and very informative and answered all of my questions. Ponder Pest Control is also a valued Lake Cities Chamber of Commerce member and always does a great job!
Very disappointed with the service. After the initial treatment, we were still seeing wasps on our porch and ants outside. Their website states they will return for a free retreatment, so they came back out, but we’re still seeing the same pests. Even worse, our card was charged a second time after the retreatment.…
They did great. Customer service is always great from Ponder Pest Control, as well as the work performed. Cory and Blake have both been an awesome help to us. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to resolve any issues. Would and will use them again, as well as recommend to others.
Cory was so nice and professional. My boys thought his equipment was so cool. They want to look like him for Halloween now! We were very satisfied with our service. I do recommend!
First time using Ponder Pest control to get our house treated. Robert showed up on time, and proceeded to tackle the job. He was very nice, efficient, and explained the entire process. The price was reasonable and we look forward to having them back out. I must also comment that the social media posts are top notch, very professional and well done!
Cory is really great at letting you know he's on his way, tells you what all you need to know about what he's doing and why. Great customer service!
