Very disappointed with the service. After the initial treatment, we were still seeing wasps on our porch and ants outside. Their website states they will return for a free retreatment, so they came back out, but we’re still seeing the same pests. Even worse, our card was charged a second time after the retreatment. We paid twice and still have the same problem. Not happy with the service or the unexpected charge.

Outstanding experience with Ponder Pest Control. These guys are the real deal! Before starting treatment, Cory (the technician) gave me a full rundown of what he’d be doing, as well as detailed Q&A about the pests I’ve had problems with in my home. I’ve used other pest control companies in the past, who showed up with little more than a pump sprayer. Ponder showed up with a truck loaded with an arsenal of products and did a full perimeter spray around my house that went all the way up to the roofline. I’m really impressed with their attention to detail and customer service from quotation to service. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for the outstanding review! We’re thrilled to hear that Cory took the time to walk you through the treatment process and answer all your questions. Our team takes great pride in being thorough, using the right products and techniques, and paying close attention to every detail—from the initial quote through service. We truly appreciate your trust in Ponder Pest Control and your recommendation. We’re glad to have you as a customer!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that Cory made such a great impression. It sounds like he not only provided excellent service but also inspired your boys—that Halloween costume idea definitely made us smile! We'll be sure to share your kind words with Cory.
