I moved to the Northshore after Katrina and I have taken my dogs here ever since then. I have always loved the staff and I know Taz loves them just as much if not more! They always take such great care of her! I couldn’t see me going anywhere else. Everyone there is always so helpful and supportive. We love all of…
My Ginger actually loves coming here , as the staff , the energy , the vibe is great . Very Compassionate care .
Scheduled me same day, which was nice. Once there I realized the open schedule is due to no return customers. The office was dirty, they were misleading and overcharged me. Dishonest and disgusting.
They took me in last minute and did an awesome job with my pups...
Love how they remember my dog! He was diagnosed with diabetes last year. The vets here are very patient with all my questions and concerns. Charlie is doing great!!!
Staff and the Doctor was extremely nice and helpful...the Doctor answered all my questions knowledgeably...will definitely be going back for my boy's veterinarian care
good experance
Went in for a quality of life service for my dog and the staff was absolutely amazing and beyond accommodating and compassionate. Would recommend them to anyone who loves their pets.
They were very friendly and efficient as always. They always take very good care of Mr. Tibbs.
Very formative
Great staff. They always have my pets best interest and health in mind. They are prompt and very nice people to deal with. My pet always has a good experience here. I have brought my pet here for several years and he has gotten great care.
Love everyone at Ponchartrain Animal Hospital. They treat my little Buddy golden doodle like family. He loves going and getting his hugs from everyone.
I was attempting to drop off my dog but there was heavy fog and an accident. So I was running late. Receptionists informed me that closing was at noon, no exceptions! So this visit is cancelled.
Another great visit to PAH. I've been going for more than a decade with several pets. It always feels great when the staff knows me by name. For my little rescue dog, I got the necessary vaccinations, my preferred flea control medicine and a nail trim down just in time for family visitors. Highly recommend this…
Dr. Connor and all of the staff are very welcoming, warm, friendly, and helpful. They really care about our fur babies.
Awesome experience with vet and staff.
Dr Connor is the best vet. She is thorough with her examinations and her love for animals is evident. I travel from Gretna, La to see her and would recommend her and PAH to everyone.
Very professional and personable. Did a great job on a spur of the moment emergency response
Originally reviewed less than 5 stars. They reached out to find out what was my concerns. I expressed it and they handled it..
The love and affection they have for their pet patients is evident the second you walk through their door. My usually timid pup was eagerly social with a wagging tail the second we started the evaluation until we left. I can’t be more pleased. I can’t speak on price bc I’m not sure of the comparisons, but for what…
