Still waiting on a call back for a part…it’s been months. This happened the last part I needed as well, but that took almost a year and they forgot to call me once it came in. I kept calling but they kept saying it wasn’t there until suddenly it was there on the day after I called. Not happy with the service.

Bought from this company at an El Paso event. Recently called for service, just to be told they no longer come to El Paso. Wow! If living in El Paso, dont buy from them.
I had a fabulous experience with Connor at Pool Tech Plus today. I called about 9am this morning to find out what to do with our 3-year-old hot tub cover that split and was dumping a shredded pool foam all over our back yard and pool. My husband had faithfully been using the recommended conditioner on the old hot tub cover fabric. Pool Tech Plus had a much improved replacement cover (fabric, not vinyl material; sloped, not flat lid). Connor told me a technician would call to arrange installation. Connor's boss allowed Connor to replace the lid for us before the holiday weekend. Connor's service and Pool Tech Plus exceeded our expectations!

Bought our swim spa here. Friendly helpful and know their stuff. 1st few months of having the spa we had a few problems and they were very helpful getting me back on the right track. If your there ask for Kolton.

Great People, Great Service and what they don’t stock, they can get it for you. Just wish they build pools, as my pool builder (clue: on Augustine Ave.) made a mess of my pool. Now using them to service my pool and new pool cover I bought from them.
