We were absolutely delighted with our recent experience at Pounce Hawai’i. This was our first time booking and it was an all around great process, from booking, to scheduling and all of the details in between. Our 3 cats were well cared for with booked extra play time at their Cooke St. location. As an added bonus,…
Pounce Hawaii is an absolutely incredible company! I felt safe leaving my cat with them in boarding during a life transition. They are fantastic communicators, sent photos upon request, and accommodated when I needed to interrupt her stay with a vet visit. The staff were friendly and professional! If you need a…
I was very happy with my experience with Pounce! My cat had never boarded before but she came back in good spirits, and seemed pretty unbothered but being out of her home (which for a cat is a compliment). I opted to have her brushed a couple of times for long hair and she came home very clean, no mats. The pictures…
We've been bringing our two cats here, the past couple of years, whenever our family goes on vacation (about 2-3 times a year). It's not a place to just "drop off" your cats, but a place where your cats will be taken care of by knowledgeable staff and people who genuinely care for cats. Rest assured, our cats are…
My cats enjoyed their stay especially birdwatching. The staff were so kind and helpful. They sent photos everyday.
First time for our girls to not stay at home! They did great and even had a window to look out of! We are definitely coming back to Pounce!
My 3 kitties were well cared for at Pounce, so I could travel without worry.
An absolute home away from home for our cat! Leaving a beloved pet behind when going on vacation is never easy, but this wonderful place gives us complete peace of mind every single time. Our cat is so comfortable here—he genuinely loves staying with them and can’t get enough cuddles ❤️! It is such a comfort knowing…
Pounce Hawaii is the best cat boarding place in Honolulu! We have used them numerous times and every stay has been provided with excellent customer service and care and attention to our cat! Highly recommend Pounce!
THE RITZ FOR FELINES! In search of a place for my felines on one of my travels, I found Pounce and boy did I POUNCE on them. My three female felines had a 4 night stay at Pounce. Pounce has climate and air control so you need not worry about them. The Establishment is so clean, you can eat your lunch sitting on the…
Our two kitties are very new to boarding. The older had boarded once, the younger was new to it. Both are rescue cats, so we were expecting them to be shy with new caregivers. The Pounce staff took it in stride and didn’t force interaction. They gave our kitties the freedom to explore the ample amenities in their…
We were very happy with the wonderful care our girl Marcie received at Pounce. The staff was friendly and listened to our concerns, as Marcie has special medical needs. They sent us pictures and updates, which made us confident she was doing well while we were away. Thank you so much!
Erin was able to accommodate our short notice request to board our cat. Erin and her personnel were very friendly and helpful with our request. The facilities were outstanding!
Pounce Hawai’i is the best place to take your cat for boarding. They always take good care of my cat Tiger. But lately we had to take our other two cat Blackie and Cockeye there also. So our last two trips they took really good care of my 3 fury babies. I really like the daily photos they send when we are on…
Thank you/December/January. Cats are happy, up and about, meaning everything is fine. Best home away from home (Pounce). Cats 👀 forward to going back. Pounce Hawaii is good at keeping the cats entertained and healthy. Not a worry in the world while on travel, love the daily updates/pictures. Update Sep 13,…
We brought our cat here for her first boarding experience. I was nervous about leaving her, but I'm glad we went with Pounce! She was well taken of. Pounce provides a few complimentary photos (you can purchase daily photos and spa/grooming extras if desired). When touring we noted that the space is well organized,…
Easy to book, great communication, and Shadow always comes home super affectionate and chatty. Love that they send pictures while we are gone (it depends on the package you select).
Booking was easy, and the staff where professional, kind and understanding. Our babies where well looked after and the frequent updates where greatly appreciated.
At relatively short notice we had to arrange boarding for our cat. The Pounce team were immediately welcoming and helpful on the phone and followed through when we met in person. They were extremely caring throughout his stay, sending daily photographs, updating us on the status of his food stocks, arranging a vet…
My cats having been staying at Pounce for a few years now and I can’t say enough good things about them! My cats always come home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It is obvious that the staff truly loves what they do — they not only ensured my cats were safe and comfortable, but also provided extra…
