I am thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Emirl Sal. He demonstrated outstanding professionalism and deep expertise. Navigating carpet care with two large dogs and a spouse with scent sensitivities can be challenging, but Emirl provided tailored recommendations that perfectly addressed both issues. The…
Power Pup was a dream to work with. We are getting an older house ready to put on the market. We first used them for carpet cleaning, then we used them to clean all the hardwood floors. I didn't realize until too late that they also do general house cleaning, and I wish I had used them for that. They are very…
I went through Power Pup for a move-out steam-cleaning of our three-story townhome. I was a bit late booking this, so I was worried about the quality I might get from a company that still had openings so close to my deadline. These folks were super responsive, professional, quick, and thorough! I’d absolutely…
Fushair was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the process and expectations. The carpets looked brand new after the cleaning and were sanitized. I was also happy that I did not have to wait too long for carpets to dry. From my desperate call for a last minute move in clean, to the efficient and excellent service, Power Pup really delivered!
Wow! I cannot express how happy I am with this company. We were in a dire situation with a mess on our carpet and guest coming to check in. I reached out to several companies, and this was by far the most responsive, best communication and overall service. They were upfront and honest, And even sent a technician out…

We were out of town when our dog got sick. I spoke to Marcus and he assured me that we could wait until we got home to deal with it since our house sitter had done an initial clean up. This way we would not overpay. The tech Amir came and was wonderful, no surprises or overcharging. I would use this company again.…
Emir was fast and friendly, explained everything very clearly and was overall very nice. Will definitely use this service again in the future.
Just had my carpets cleaned by Power Pup and Emir was amazing! He was thorough, knowledgeable and transparent. As a bonafide clean freak, I really appreciated Emir's careful analysis of our home and thoughtfulness around my sensitivity to smells and chemicals. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience with our carpets needing to be cleaned after living with a 16 year old dog. They did a great job and helped with major stains.
Honest company about their services and how they can help. Takes time to listen to your concerns and give sound advice. Other companies just want to sell their services - this company wants to make sure you get the right services. I really appreciate the advice shared and the company’s honesty.
Great service, Emir let me know when he would be there, arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job. He cleaned the cat urine smell off of my couch and my carpets. I am so happy with his work. I am going to recommend this company to everyone.
I have had the pleasure of using Power Pup Clean twice in the last month. Once for our move out and we decided to use them again to clean with our move in. Emir did an excellent job with our move out clean that I didn't think was possible with the age of the carpet. They came out so well that we decided to use…
