Emir and Jod were very punctual, communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I received not only a beautifully clean carpet (smells essentially free of cat pee, it was intolerable before) but thorough follow-up instructions with and an explanation for why the clean worked mechanically. Excellent work!
I had a perfect experience and could not be happier. Polite and friendly combined with professionalism not commonly seen together. Thank you. Anne
My boyfriend and I recently got our first home and we knew the carpets were dirty so I called power pup after getting a quote. I’ve never seen cleaner carpets in a house before! We had pet and food stains from the previous owner and after Emir cleaned them the carpets look like they’re brand new. I got the…
Emir and Marcus and their team did an amazing job in my living room. My dog has left many stains but they got it so clean. I will absolutely be calling them again when it is time to do the bedrooms.
Emir and Jod made a special trip to help me out on short notice. They worked efficiently and my carpets look so much better. Would definitely recommend.
I recently reached out to Marcus at Power Pup Clean to help with the hardwood floors in a client’s home. The floors had developed a pretty unpleasant odor, and I was hoping they could help. Marcus and his crew were out the very next business day, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The floors looked great,…

Amazing experience, from setting the appointment to the outstanding service provided. Marcus was a pleasure to speak with and helped explain the process and set my appointment. Emir was our tech and he was outstanding, kind and courteous and just a pleasure to invite into our home. Would recommend these guys to everyone! Thank you again!!!!
Emir did an AMAZING job on my sectional couch. I have a cat and many of my friends are allergic, so he spent an hour making sure everything was perfect and was very friendly. Will be a returning customer!
Wow! I cannot express how happy I am with this company. We were in a dire situation with a mess on our carpet and guest coming to check in. I reached out to several companies, and this was by far the most responsive, best communication and overall service. They were upfront and honest, And even sent a technician out…
Emir was fast and friendly, explained everything very clearly and was overall very nice. Will definitely use this service again in the future.

I don’t generally find it necessary to respond to these, but my honest opinion was PowerPup Cleaning really did do an amazing job for us . If you ever get a chance to hire then , PLEASE ask for their tech Emir Sal. He was professional, funny and made the over service more enjoyable.
I have had the pleasure of using Power Pup Clean twice in the last month. Once for our move out and we decided to use them again to clean with our move in. Emir did an excellent job with our move out clean that I didn't think was possible with the age of the carpet. They came out so well that we decided to use…
