Emir and Jod were very punctual, communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I received not only a beautifully clean carpet (smells essentially free of cat pee, it was intolerable before) but thorough follow-up instructions with and an explanation for why the clean worked mechanically. Excellent work!
I had a perfect experience and could not be happier. Polite and friendly combined with professionalism not commonly seen together. Thank you. Anne
