I had a perfect experience and could not be happier. Polite and friendly combined with professionalism not commonly seen together. Thank you. Anne
Couch looks great, and Fushair was so nice and accommodating. Thank you!
We used Power Pup Clean for our move-out cleaning and carpet cleaning, and had a great experience. Marcus was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He kept us updated on the progress, clearly explained the pricing and any additional treatment needed, and answered all of my…
Emir was very thorough. He explained the process and was very personable and professional. I would hire Power Pup in the future. Love that they are advocates for homeless dogs.
Emir was fantastic, he did the cleaning of my couch and 2 area rugs, everything is squeaky cleaned, smelling wonderful, he removed the fabric peeling off the couch with a fabric shaver, plus he is so nice and friendly, very knowledgeable, gave me bunch of tips on how to take care of upholstery. Can’t recommend him enough, you guys got a new loyal customer!
5/5 stars! Emir’s work was thorough and efficient, and his customer service was outstanding. He was friendly, personable, and professional throughout the entire experience. I will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend Emir and PowerPup to all of my family and friends!
Fushair took great care cleaning my 6 piece sectional!! I would absolutely call again for future upholstery cleaning. Thank you!
I don’t generally find it necessary to respond to these, but my honest opinion was PowerPup Cleaning really did do an amazing job for us . If you ever get a chance to hire then , PLEASE ask for their tech Emir Sal. He was professional, funny and made the over service more enjoyable.
Fushair at Power Pup Clean was very professional and did a great job! The carpets and upholstery look new again, highly recommend!
Thanks to Emir our beloved chair has new life. He is fast, efficient and incredibly honest with what can be accomplished. I only wish we had more furniture to clean because he was so engaging to talk to. This company is very communicative and easy to book with. I have never done this before so I was unsure what to…
Emir did a great job cleaning my couch and ottoman. Bonus good communication and fair price, recommended.
Emir was communicative, friendly, and efficient. We will be inviting him back.
Fushair was awesome. Did a great job. He was a great conversationalist with easy to work with
Making an appointment was fast and easy. Emir came on a Sunday, which was helpful for our schedule. He did a very thorough job and communicated what he did well. One bedroom needed a pet treatment from when our sweet dog had a couple of accidents at the end of her life. His prices are very competitive. I would use his service again.
Booking was easy and quick. Emir came to our appointment, was thorough, professional and friendly. Our carpet looked super clean and great. No pressure from pushy sales, really appreciated that. Thank you Power Pup Clean. I will definitely be setting up future appointments for upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning.
Fushair did an excellent job of cleaning our two floors of carpet and an incredibly nasty couch (courtesy of our dog) - timely, shared his estimate of how long it'd take (2-3 hours, was exactly 3), and cleaned the bathroom sink he used throughly! Will definitely use him again when the time comes to clean our carpets again.
We stayed at a Airbnb in Seattle and had a huge disaster with our carpets thanks to our dog that got sick. I called power pup clean. They came put same day and cleaned the carpets and saved us from having to report the issue to the host. O highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. Thanks Marcus and power pup
Emir Sal did an amazing job on our living room and couch. We have two dogs and there are a lot of "pet stains" and smells and emir got rid of all of them! We have been working together for years and he always does the best job.
I never thought I'd write a review for upholstery cleaning but here I am because this was such a positive experience. I had two couches cleaned - both that get daily use by a dog and two boys. The amazing technician, Emir, was literally sweating from working so hard to get the dog hair off! The couch looks like a…
We’ve used Power Pup Clean four times now and Emir is wonderful!! Always on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The cleaning solution they use on pet messes WORKS! If you have naughty pets, you’ll need Power Pup Clean on speed dial! Thank you Emir 😊
I have so many great things to say about my experience at Power Pup. I live on the third floor of my building with no elevator and PP was more than willing to take on the challenge. Jod arrived on time, at 7:30 AM, and got to work. Such a nice individual! It's 8:32 AM, my couch is spotless, and I just had to write a…
