Forrest arrived within 30 minutes of my call and patiently listened to us explain a problem with 40-year old garage doors. Five stars for Precision Garage Door Services. We had damage to the part of the track that connects the chain to the motor, and they fixed it on the morning of October 11th. Scheduling was easy. I’ve used Precision a few times now over the years and I highly recommend. Booking an appointment online is also easy!
Mike diagnosed the problem with our door and proposed three solutions to fix it. While more than I had expected, the door is twenty years old. It works great now and is easy to lift without power in the event of an emergency.
Joey was great to work with. He showed me options with repairs, but ultimately I decided to go with a new opener. I’m very happy with his work and peace of mind is priceless
Had a new door installed to replace an original 50+ year old wooden door. Martin was our installer. Arrived, with notice when he'd be here, right on time. Removed door, installed new one with new tracks, lift motor, etc. in a little over 2 hrs. I was amazed. It's so quiet and looks 1000% better than the old door. Very pleased!

I was pleasantly surprised that I could call for service at 4pm on a Saturday, speak to a human being, get the first appointment the next day (Sunday), and not pay an up-charge for weekend service. The technician was friendly, competent, and thorough. The next time any issues come up with my garage door I will call Precision first.
I’d been a Garage Doors of Indianapolis customer for over 20 years. When I had a broken door spring this week, my usual tech came out and quoted me a price of nearly $1,000 for what was around $300 last time a spring broke. He said materials went up. So I told them to pack their bags and called Precison who quoted…

Mike and Forrest were exceptional. They made everything quick and easy. I had two other garage door companies come out before Precision. The first was shady and overpriced. The 2nd had a decent price but their product lacked a needed feature and he was a little shady. Mike and Forrest were honest from the start (in…
