I was not planning on leaving a review, since I was not happy with service but it wasn’t outrageously bad either. However the constant nagging to leave a review that I’ve received via both email and text daily finally wore me down to write one. The good news is that they have availability. I called in the morning…
Chris showed up today to take a look at our 27 year old mechanics because our sensors weren’t working and preventing the door from closing. They asked about my needs, took measurements and brainstormed different solutions to my issue. Ultimately they informed me of a…
Appointment setup was easy but deceiving. I was NOT told that there was a service fee of $100 at the time of booking, not during the confirmation. Evan, the guy who came out, was very personable and efficient. He was also very informative and gave me a card to ask for him if I had any more issues, concerns or installation needs.
Luke was very personable and had the tools and the knowledge to complete the task.
