Scotty was my tech. I had a broken door spring. He inspected the rest of the system and suggested new bearings in addition to replacing the springs. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend Scotty.

Greg, the service guy, was great. Explained everything to me very clearly. He had to wait quite a long time for a part delivery. Greg was very patient with that. I bought a new door and motor.
