My experience with your company was fantastic. Isaiah was the nicest most polite young man very well, dressed very personable and helped me very much with my Garage Door. Thanks again, Isaiah.
They were friendly and very knowledgeable of what they were doing.
Marvin took the time to answer any and all questions that we had. Marvin made this experience extremely easy and seamless.
Nathan was very professional above and beyond. Couldn't have asked for better. It is true employees make a busy and Nathan is testimony to that. We will be using precision and will reccomend highly to anyone.
We had a relatively minor issue from an earlier repair that wasn't initially recognized (too much tension on the spring). However, Daniel did a great job - arrived within the repair window, very friendly, professional, did a great job showing and explaining the problem and then quickly making the correction. Covered under the service warranty.
We had a very good experience! Service showed up at the scheduled time, doors were fixed as promised, and additional remotes programmed and delivered! All was provided efficiently and as quoted!
very timely; scheduled online during the night and we were scheduled for the next morning as our car was blocked. Service fee waived since used online scheduling. The tech showed up on time, was very knowledge, and very courteous. He made the repairs (broken spring) and we had him address our other door opener…
I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing new garage doors or repairs to existing garage doors. We’ve used them for two separate installations of new garage doors and we couldn’t be more pleased with the products provided or service we received. The staff was extremely friendly when…

Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Best gate service around.
Jeffrey Baldwin did a wonderful job! He was thorough and professional. I really appreciated everyone from CSR /phone service understanding my needs and Jeffrey was a blessing. THANK YOU ALL!
Jeff and his manager came out to repair the garage door motors and did a fantastic job resolving the issues. I would recommend them.
The services were fast and efficient. I called in the morning and they were there by 2:00. We were very satisfied with the service.
These folks are awesome! I screwed up the garage door. Finally decided it was above my skill set to repair which is hard to admit for men most of the time. I went online and scheduled an appointment. Marvin showed up when he said he would, and had it fixed in no time. Could not recommend them more highly for service…
Called 2/18 to schedule an appt to have my garage serviced. Appt was scheduled for 2/19 between 4pm-6pm and I was told someone would contact me when they were on their way. No one ever showed and I didn’t hear from anyone. I called the company at 5:46pm to see what was happening with the appt and was told they…
Very pleased with the outstanding customer service provided when we used Precision. From the time we initially booked the appt throughout our garage door opener repair, everything was delivered as promised. When a scheduling change was needed on their behalf, they went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule.…
Extremely prompt and professional. Very patient ( with 82 year olds) with explanations about functions of door opener. Highly recommend !
Our old garage door quit working and Brittain came out to get it fixed. He was on time, professional, and walked me through what was going on with the garage door in an easy to understand manner. Brittain made sure everything was fixed correctly and now our garage door is back to working like new, I would 100%…
