They repaired this issue with quality work. The new brick masonry was done beautifully, I could not have asked for a better mason. I highly recommend Precision Masonry and Chimney. A professional company with quality work at a reasonable price. I have other brick areas that need repair. I will definitely contract Precision Masonry for those repairs. Thank you Josh and crew!!
I highly recommend Precision Chimney and Masonry Repair! I am getting my roof replaced and knew I needed either a repair or a full rebuild of my chimney. I did a lot of research and narrowed my choices down to three companies. Josh was the first to actually answer the phone, and he was the only one who could meet my quick timeline for an estimate. During our meeting, Josh explained very clearly why a full rebuild was necessary and why I needed a new liner, given that the existing one was over 40 years old. The meeting went so well that I trusted my gut and went with Precision right away. I am so glad I did! The work is already completely done, whereas the other companies I called couldn't even come out for an inspection until this week. The onsite crew, Arturo and Tim, did an absolutely amazing job. They were extremely courteous, kept me updated on their progress, and treated my home with great care. I was especially impressed by their craftsmanship—they did a fantastic job matching the brickwork as closely as possible to my original Cream City brick. From the quick response and excellent communication to the top-tier craftsmanship, they made a stressful home project incredibly smooth. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend!

Their communication is terrible, we have been trying to schedule our job for 2 weeks now. My first time meeting Josh was on 9/9. I talked with Josh on 9/14 and he told me he would call me back to get it scheduled and I didn’t hear back from him. We had to call him on 9/16 to see what was going on and he blamed it on the front office not calling me back. Then he told me he would be at our house on 9/17 (today) at 11:30am and wasn’t here so I had to call him again to see where he was. He told me his guys didn’t take a lunch today so they would get to us later on this evening, we decided to cancel the job since he can’t communicate when he will be here. Prices were really high as well. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THEM!!
