Jake was incredible. Personable and fun to talk to. He needed access to our drain in an upstairs bathroom and was really considerate of all the obstacles in the basement ceiling to gain access in the least obtrusive manner.

I had a clogged drain and Precision was quick to respond to get an appointment set. Jake came, got the job done quickly, and was friendly. He didn't mind when my toddler was being curious and trying to talk to him while he worked. Definitely will hire them again.

Great experience with Precision! They answered the phone (on a holiday) and took care of a plumbing issue within hours of a call. Jake was communicative and did an awesome job diagnosing and remediating the issue. Gave us peace of mind with our niece house-sitting. Would definitely recommend their services.
