Prompt servi e during the recent Heat wave. Found the parts I needed for a 20 yr. old damper that was broke. They kept me up to speed on how things were going (finding the parts). Very friendly and didn't try to upscale me on anything.

I never received an invoice. I got a statement a week later with a freaking finance charge! That is ridiculous. I will be calling about this.
