Furnace was new and had error code(s). Technician determined a part was stripped and needed to be replaced. Waiting for parts, most likely a warranty issue.
Prompted and Well done and courteous
The tech the helped me was named Joe and he was very polite and respectful of our home and found the issue right away
The service was great. He came a little early, which was nice. He solved her problem immediately And made sure the furnace was running smoothly.
Jeremy was very friendly and knowledgeable. My ac quit working and he got right to the issue and stuck around to make sure things were working correctly. Very impressed by his professionalism. Technican was running late, but kept me informed of his arrival time.
Prompt servi e during the recent Heat wave. Found the parts I needed for a 20 yr. old damper that was broke. They kept me up to speed on how things were going (finding the parts). Very friendly and didn't try to upscale me on anything.
In this heat wave our air conditioner stopped cooling. Devin came at 7 PM on a Friday night. He saved the weekend! Thanks Devin for your prompt and excellent service. It is very much appreciated 👏
Kyle did a good job as he fixed the AC
The technician was so nice and did a excellent job.
Miss diagnosed the problem and the repair lasted only a few hours, I hired a reliable company and they finished the repair in 45 minutes and it works great now. Will not recommend your company
He was a great technician, come real quick and did the job, it was fixed once before but started leaking again, don't no if it still under warranty or not, when we put it in it was a 10 year warranty, 😉 it has been working great 👍 thanks
Everyone involved in our furnace and A/C system replacement were very friendly, informative, and fast. Thank you to all that were involved!!
I never received an invoice. I got a statement a week later with a freaking finance charge! That is ridiculous. I will be calling about this.
Tech was very thorough . He definetly knew what he was doing. Found the problem , fixed it and AC runs like new. Very satisfied!

We had a leak in our 7 year old account system. The service guys were there the next day and took care of it. They had to get into the soffit of the condo to do it. Very satisfied.
Furnace went out over night, called first thing in the morning, they got me in by 9am.. was a minor thing & we were back & warm within the hour! Great Company!

Furnace went out on a Sunday and they made it in half an hour to fix it. Very knowledgeable and very kind to work with. Make the right decision, call Precision!
Precision always takes great care of us for our business and residential plumbing & HVAC needs. They recently installed a new garage heater at my house and went above and beyond to ensure my venting was redone correctly. Their install team is very friendly, clean, and professional.
Great customer service. Receptionist was great in working with me. Technician called as scheduled and had flawless service. Highly recommend Precision.
Best HVAC company in Fargo area for sure. Furnace went out during a blizzard for floor where our two young kiddos sleep. Kyle was great and was able to get here early in AM and I was able to actually get a real person when I called in. He was able to fix our HVAC system and explained everything well. Highly recommend!
