Jake was incredible. Personable and fun to talk to. He needed access to our drain in an upstairs bathroom and was really considerate of all the obstacles in the basement ceiling to gain access in the least obtrusive manner.

I had a shower valve that stuck in the on position. Valve was stuck so tight I couldn’t get it out. Jake came on a Saturday evening and got me fixed up very quickly. Nice friendly guy!

These guys are the best. I have an aging home in Fargo... PP shows up on time, diagnosis and fixes pretty much everything very efficiently. And they do it for a fair price. I'll never call anyone else!
