Danny, Bill and Brandon worked great as a team. Their concern for detail was very much appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves both inside and outside and put the furniture back where it belonged. I absolutely love the windows, frame design and color. I can't recommend them enough.

I had been wanting to replace the windows in my house for 3 years. Every time I had someone come out the price was ridiculously high or the window quality reputation was terrible. But I still wanted the windows so I asked Gemini to find me a reputable place and at the top of the list was Preferred Windows and Door Inc. They also happened to be less than 5 miles away from my house. I had them give me a quote which happened to be the lowest I had received. After that I researched the window and company reputation and agreed to move forward with the project. At contract signing I was told 4 to 6 weeks for the window to be manufactured and delivered. A few days after signing the contract arrangements were made to have the installation engineer finalized the windows required for the project. I replaced 10 windows. One month later I was called to set the installation date. It was 4 or 5 days later. All of the windows were installed in around 6 hours by a well trained crew of technicians. The same engineer (Danny) that did the final measurements also supervised the job and answered questions I had on the process. When they were done he demonstrated how the windows functioned (I can clean the from inside). I paid him the balance due and I am very happy. Two surprises we experienced, the house is much quieter. Wow what a difference. Second is the temperature evened out throughout the house. It was no longer super warm upstairs and chilly downstairs. If you need windows please consider this company. In my opinion they offer the best value and quality available.

I had a window replaced a couple of days ago and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the excellent service I received from the beginning to the end of the purchasing process. After my window was replaced, I had a small issue with the replacement of my window treatment. I called the company and someone came out the same day to correct the problem. I highly recommend Preferred Window and Door Inc.!
